Rude customer service. Go to a different GameStop. One employee in particular- heavy set Hispanic dude was very rude. Came in with my son for his birthday to buy him a video game. My son asked for DayZ and the guy looked at him and said "you look too young for that game" then proceeded to tell us he didn't have it and that the game is rated Mature. Guy is acting like he's the father of my own kid. The game is rated mature for violence and blood. That judgment and decision is ultimately up to ME. You're going to lose sales and customers fast with that employee.

A guy name Chris there was rude to my 15 year old son yelling at him across the room tell him they dont have time to check his ps4 in for trade... They closed at 9pm we arrived there at 8:40... Monday we went to a different game stop better customer service and it only took less than 10min fir them to check the ps4... He needs to be fired.. very rude guy and told us we weren't even customers.

Never had a bad experience at this GameStop before and I shop here for all my games, but if you’re going to sell protection on controllers advise your customers it comes with accusations when trying to exchange the product. Or explain better that it must be half eaten by your dog to qualify. Joseph 705693 needs some customer service training as I was not greeted when I approached the counter, I had to initiate the conversation, and he just assumed I was going to argue with him. “I’m not in the mood to argue” was said to me when I was calm and forward with that I think the controller has stick drift and I want to use my warranty before it expires in a few weeks. Then I asked him how the protection works as I was misinformed when I purchased it thinking I could just exchange my controller before the warranty expires even with minor issues. If Joseph is “not in the mood to argue” then he needs to be blunt and straightforward with “the controller doesn’t qualify for warranty” and I would’ve accepted that answer. Then at the end of this transaction after basically saying I’m suspicious because the controller is well kept he recommended I get the protection plan again even though you can’t come over and over again to replace the controller as the others would also think you’re suspicious. I work customer service retail also, you can’t be saying those things to a customers face. I don’t ever leave negative reviews but his experience irked my day and made me want to leave and come back another day.

The worst GameStop I have ever been too ... I went in explaining to the guy that was there at this time and day that I wanted to exchange my controller for a new one and I would pay the extra.. he sighed very big and was disrespectful.... Game stop has really gone downhill... I can see why they will be going out of business soon... they sure damn should be .... will NEVER go to a GameStop again !! I literally got fucked with the purchase of another controller that I had to pay for ..... $18.00 off for the trade off??? He couldn't refund my money and use that for the new one and I pay the difference. Whatever . To the guy that was rude for no reason, you need to learn how to treat your customers with respect and keep your big ass sighs to yourself .

Went in to pre-order a game coming out that weekend and they told me I can't pre-order a game the day before? Best Buy had no issue with it so did it through them. This is the 2nd time they've randomly said they couldn't sell me something for no reason, super weird.

This gamestop location is GREAT. There's plenty of parking and to be around so many other stores very easy to find. As soon as I walked in I was friendly greeted and felt very comfortable. The store is very clean and organized which made my browsing experience very simple. I seen signs of good leadership with the employees helping one another and seems they all love their job. My return experience went superb and did some good joking around. I was very pleased and left with a big smile on my face. Thank you guys. Keep up the good work! ?
