Warren is full of wrong information which ended up costing me $70. Cancelling my Pro Membership and wont be purchasing anything more from Gamestop.

absolutely loved my experience at this gamestop! the employees were incredibly friendly and kind, and the store was really nicely organized and clean! this was my first visit to this location, and although I live closer to several other locations, I'll be driving again further to come back to this gamestop! they greeted us at the door, and let us know about their deals and promotions and were helpful in us making our purchases!

I ordered a console that came from this store January 8 2024 to have it same day delivered to my son. The delivery is in route and makes a long pause somewhere and then ends up slowly driving pass my house. Then he turns back and as I can see never gets out of the car has an item in front of the mail box takes a picture of it and drives off then marked it as delivered. It’s on camera. I’m ready for all the smoke and that’s a message to the driver and all of GameStop

Ryan is the GOAT at this location. They didn't have what I wanted in stock but he helped me locate a store that DID have it, when he could have easily just brushed me off. The dude made Christmas happen just by taking a little time out of his day. This sort of ethic and kindness should be rewarded, I hope you guys buy him some lunch or look at him for a promotion because so many places these days just don't care, but Ryan cares and he's awesome for that.Thanks again Ryan!

Apparently there was a 30 day cancelation on pre orders and since I'm out of town for school, I was never given a phone call about my game that I preordered and they can't refund me now, therefore for a lack of professionalism on their end my review will be a 1 star, until I get my pre order either refunded or I get my actual pre order

Website says closes at 8pm. Drove 30mins and showed up at 6:50 and was told they were closed. Lady was very rude in doing so aswell. Definitely won’t recommend or be trying to come back to this location again.

Friendly and professional service. Went to this location during the early afternoon. Was not busy on the day I took my son to sell his XBOX X series. No Hassell and fair price.
