I ordered a console that came from this store January 8 2024 to have it same day delivered to my son. The delivery is in route and makes a long pause somewhere and then ends up slowly driving pass my house. Then he turns back and as I can see never gets out of the car has an item in front of the mail box takes a picture of it and drives off then marked it as delivered. It’s on camera. I’m ready for all the smoke and that’s a message to the driver and all of GameStop

Ryan is the GOAT at this location. They didn't have what I wanted in stock but he helped me locate a store that DID have it, when he could have easily just brushed me off. The dude made Christmas happen just by taking a little time out of his day. This sort of ethic and kindness should be rewarded, I hope you guys buy him some lunch or look at him for a promotion because so many places these days just don't care, but Ryan cares and he's awesome for that.Thanks again Ryan!

Apparently there was a 30 day cancelation on pre orders and since I'm out of town for school, I was never given a phone call about my game that I preordered and they can't refund me now, therefore for a lack of professionalism on their end my review will be a 1 star, until I get my pre order either refunded or I get my actual pre order

Website says closes at 8pm. Drove 30mins and showed up at 6:50 and was told they were closed. Lady was very rude in doing so aswell. Definitely won’t recommend or be trying to come back to this location again.

Friendly and professional service. Went to this location during the early afternoon. Was not busy on the day I took my son to sell his XBOX X series. No Hassell and fair price.

While visiting TX, we stopped by GameStop and Remi was absolutely amazing. Very polite, friendly and helpful with the children. When back in the area we will definitely come back again!

Great customer service from this young worker name remy. I don’t often go to GameStop looking to spend money. But when I was With her, wonderful service I was able to buy a switch for my girl.. best employee

There’s a young man working there that was extremely rude and dismissive to me. Apparently tonight was the night for a Hogwarts release or something like that. The Google listing said the store closes at 9pm. I was in the store before 9pm. I came to exchange a game that I was told my son could play with his sisters. But it turns out that he’s only able to play with online multiplayers. He’s 6, so clearly that’s not going to work. Btw, this game was recommended by someone at GameStop just the day or so before.So I wait for the guy to finish with his customers and he asked what he can do for me. I start to tell him what I was looking for and what I needed. I also had a game to exchange it and NO ONE else was in the store. He rudely says we’re closed to the public unless you’re purchasing the hogwarts game. I say um ok, well can you verify whether or not this new game can be played with multiple players without having to go online, he says, honestly I don’t have time to answer your question because I’m closed unless you’re buying the hogwarts game. By then someone else was there and he basically dismissed me.My question was simple. He was unnecessarily rude. It wasn’t explicit online or when we walked in the store that we couldn’t be serviced. He said he closed at 7pm when online and the hours on the door said 9pm. This was poor customer service and my expectations were higher to just have basic kindness and professionalism. This associate obviously needs additional training in the area of service. I intend to write to the corporate office about my experience because no one should experience the rudeness I experienced. What could have been a very simple question and visit, has become complicated for no reason.

Joseph is killing it with Funko Pop info. Went in to use my $5 monthly rewards and was surprised by the knowledge and helpfulness.PS. they have rocket stickers.

This gamestop kinda sucks even considering the low general bar of gamestops, very sparse selection, preowned and new games all mixed together, unknowledgeable clerk
