An item that I ordered online came with the security tag attached. My husband and I go in the store to have it removed, and the guy working acted like we stole it. My husband had to tell him to scan the bag as the receipt. Shouldn’t he know this? With much attitude, he scans the receipt and throws the item back at him. My husband said, “This is where you say, Sorry about that.” The employee actually scoffed. Where is the customer service?!

The store in general it’s pretty nice and has a lot of good stuff but the personal it’s just trash honestly no offence, they give you a very bad attitude like if they don’t want to bring you any help at all or be bothered. I understand it’s an outlet and people may try to find good deals but it’s not a reason to give a bad service.

I’ve had better customer service at McDonalds. Stores go out of business all the time because of customer service, this store is going to be among them. I came into the store with a bag, they followed me around so I’m like let me ask them to hold the bag. I go to the associate and the first thing she says, “ I can hold it but, we are not responsible.” It comes time to check out and my cards declining, different points pulling up…Money spend everywhere. I will be returning everything I purchased.

The girl working at the register today “Yanna” is a miserable person and she had a very ugly attitude with me for simply coming in and shopping. She has horrible customer service and doesn’t deserve to be employee of customer service.

I had a great experience at the Gap Factory store! The store was very well organized, making it easy to browse through different sections. I visited on a weekend and was pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t crowded at all, which made shopping super comfortable. One thing to keep in mind is that sometimes the online prices are lower than in-store, so it’s worth checking before making a purchase. Overall, a clean, calm, and convenient place to shop for quality clothes at good prices!

This GAP Factory Outlet at the Allen Premium Outlets is a smaller location that only carries adult and teen clothing. If you're shopping for kids, you'll need to head a few stores down to the separate GAP Kids outlet. The store itself is clean and organized, with a decent selection and solid outlet pricing. Nothing particularly stands out, but it’s a fine stop if you’re looking for basics at a discount.

Nice big store with lots of deals available throughout the store - have men’s women’s and kids section with variety of clothing options. The price is affordable. Cashier sometimes pushes you to open Gap credit card because that will earn more commission. The price is affordable and quality of the material is more on cotton side. Liked the overall appearance of the store.

Andrea at the Gap kids store was awesome.. she went the extra mile to help us to point out which have the extra discount as we were shopping for 2 boys ....she also went out of her way and got us a size which was not on the rack. She was very polite and helpful....i would surely revisit this store ..just coz of her......thanks again Andrea for making our shopping experience so wonderful.

I try to pick up an order for my wife she sent me the order number e-mail and screenshot of her ID and the Manager (Asian guy with short hair) still refuses to give her order, when I just pick up an order from gap kids without problems( the girl at gap kids was very nice and polite)..

I bought a pair of pants on Friday and when I got home I saw that they had a defect. I took them to a Gap in a shopping center near my house the same afternoon but there they told me that I had to take them to the outlet where I bought them. I went back to the store and the cashier, despite telling her everything that happened, asked if I had washed them. Even though I told her no, she asked another coworker if she was able to see if they had been washed. Even though they had been bought the day before, in a very bad way she exchanged them for us. Those workers are not doing any good for the store.
