The GAP Outlet Kids & Baby at the Allen Premium Outlets is a small store located about 6 or 7 shops down from the main GAP Outlet. The selection is more focused on babies and younger kids, with fewer options for older children in the 8–12 range. While the prices are consistent with typical outlet discounts, the overall selection is pretty limited due to the store’s smaller size. Worth a quick stop if you’re shopping for little ones, but don’t expect a wide variety.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE AWFUL STORE. Messy, associates pick and choose who they’re going to check out next. The entire store is so unorganized that the workers have no idea who’s next in line and will take their pick of the customers in line for “who was next” to take your money. Take your business to another store. A complete disaster.

TERRIBLY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Gap has the most absurd return policy. I returned a $35 pair of jeans with a recipt, unworn, and with tags just days over the 30 day return policy(because I didn’t know what it was) only for them to give me store credit for what Gap says the jeans are worth today which was only $10. Never buying anything from Gap ever again!

If you buy stuff from here and have to return or exchange them, forget about it. They’ll give you excuses and don’t do anything for you. Staff is very rude, specially store manager. Haven’t seen this kind of customer service in any stores that I visited, extremely disappointed. I might file a formal complaint about their staff and manager. A good store like this needs better staff and manager.

I would give it a zero star if I could..Store manager is extremely rude and doesn’t care about customer. If you have a return they won’t take it back. Gap kids is a good store just avoid going to this branch.

It was my first time going to baby gap in Allen tx when it was time to check out I told the younger looking employee that I was going to use my old navy card she said okay and then tells me that my loyalty memebership isn’t showing up so she tells me that she can search me to make sure if I have another account it will link them together she tells me to enter my information as I get to the questions it asked for my SS# I told her I don’t want to apply for a credit card because I already have one and she goes no it’s not going to do that it’s just going to check if you have another account so I proceed and right away they RUN MY CREDIT . And then the other 2 lady’s there pretend to call gap customer support then hang up and say call and explain the situation so they can fix your account I was so confused with what was going on THEY GIVE ME A 15% discount because they knew what they did THEY SET ME UP! As I leave they are congratulating the employee on signing me up for a credit card I am very disappointed. Please don’t let these lady’s bamboozle yall!! Cause that’s exactly how I felt dumb and confused!!I’ve reached out to gap

This one star review is for the employees that were working on June/ 22 /2023 around 6:00I grabbed what I need in less that 20 Mn the store was almost empty.I approached the checkout and I said 8 of those items are gifts can I have them packed separat.She replied: I have to ask my manager because it’s only 2 bag and per transaction!Then I replied I don’t mind making different transactions if that is Gap’s Policy. They are for 8 different people.The manager refused to do so saying those are expensive bags!!! Go get a gift bag !I told her what is the difference if I am welling to do 8 different transactions as if it’s 8 different people.The manager did give me the bags, after an argument. Which wasn’t needed I my opinion.And there was this employee who is older in age started talking to me with an attitude!in my mind like who talked to you! Mind your own business! She was super rude! Education in customer service is needed in this store!!!And then that same employee come and talked to the person who is checking me out did you do 8 different transactions!!the cashier replied I am not going to waist my time,All this in front of the customers!Gap is a big company I am sure they can do better than this!

If I could give 0 stars I would the store manager Courtney doesn’t belong in management. I drove over an hour to this location and spent well over $300 but the service and overall demeanor of the employees makes me want to return everything. To be watched and treated as an their isn’t acceptable at all. I would personally like to speak with the area manager to discuss this manner. It’s not many Gap locations and for me to take time off to visit and feel unwanted or unwelcome doesn’t sit well with me. I also will be filing a formal complaint with corporate. Do better staff customer service should be top tier being that finding store’s isn’t convenient.

I almost want to confirm she's has a stereotype against her own race as I've thought about it I was in actual Gap a few doors down before visiting her store. She had come inside and watched me and my family as well prior to my visit to her store. She'd been watching us going into the establishment before we spent well earned money. It's a variety of stores around I HATE we decided to spend money with GAP
