I am perplexed by all of the glowing reviews for Granite & Tile II. We had many issues with this company: we had to call multiple times to see if anyone was going to show up for the day, tile work had to been redone, the room had to be repainted because the first time was so bad, the door we ordered was made wrong and had to be reordered, and we had the same problem with the window. It was made wrong, but installed upside down so it would open correctly. (The window was to open from the side, not from the bottom) The window leaked badly during a storm because the drain holes were up at the ceiling. The replacement window was a different brand and is of extremely cheap quality compared to the first window installed. After the window incident, we called and asked to speak with the owner, James. I spoke with Cade at the HV location and he said he would pass along a message to the owner. We never heard from the owner or anyone else. We got G&T II’s name from a neighbor because we were impressed with the work they did. Unfortunately we did not get that experience. Personally, I would not recommend them, but other reviews tell a different story. I guess we were the unlucky ones. Buyer Beware!

My husband and I had the best experience with this family owned company . Mr. Robert , Mr. Andrew , Jonathan and every member of the team were helpful and kind . Everything was a smooth , fast , and thorough process . We got quartz countertops for our kitchen.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful it was to work with this company. Both Andrew & Robert were so useful in helping us figure out what type of countertop and backsplash to choose when redoing our kitchen. We visited numerous places to view all sorts of granites, quartz, marble, quartzite and finally found the perfect one for us. It's quartzite and it's called White Santorini.
From that point on, it was just a matter of having exact measurements taken, giving them our new sink so they could cut the hole in their shop, and then it was the dreaded Demo/Install Day. I thought it would take forever and that there'd be a mountain of dust. But they were done within 5 hours! Amazing! And just as impressive, there was SO little dust, I barely needed to clean! From there, we used Willie, the plumber they recommended to connect our new sink, garbage disposal and gas cooktop. Willie was awesome! We also used Jesse, the painter they recommended and I can't say enough nice things about him as well! So so respectful of furnishings, etc., covering up everything perfectly!
All in all, what I thought would be a major hassle turned out to be perfection! I couldn't be happier! Here's a before and after picture! Our old granite was lovely, but too dark and we wanted to lighten things up! It's now been about two weeks and we are loving the quartzite! It's gorgeous!
I gladly give this company five stars and I only wish there were more stars to give!!!! Thank you, Tile & Granite!!!

After talking to many companies, we decided to use Granite & Tile Outlet to remodel our kitchen. We were so happy with the quality and value offered that we kept adding onto the project. When it was all said and done we had also retiled our master bathroom, guest bathroom, laundry room and entry way. Robert and Andrew were easy to work with and very responsive. I would highly recommend them. We are thrilled with the finished project. I love how everything looks!

I had a great experience with Jackie at Granite and Tile Outlet in Corsicana. Her crews came to Azle and they did our granite and tile and carpet and they were great. We didn't have any problems. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves too. I enjoyed visiting with Jackie and she made it a fun experience. Give them a try. I think you will be glad you did.

Granite & Tile Outlet IIUnfortunately, we had an unexpected water leak that affected both our bathrooms (share wall between master and guest baths). We hired a general contractor who decided that 40% through the first bathroom they would just walk off the job because we made them fix their mistakes (go figure). In an emergency we came to Robert Hinton at Granite & Tile Outlet II.Robert came in and evaluated the situation. We were able to find a subcontractor to help finish the cabinets and Robert helped with the countertop in the guest bath. We were eventually able to finish the guest bath and Robert and crew did a lot of the work in the Master bath. Robert’s crews demoed our bathroom, transformed the old tub/shower into a walk-in shower, did all the new floor tiles and the vanity countertops. Even the shower doors turned out great. We worked great with other subcontractors we found for paint, electrical, and cabinets. We could not have done it without him. Not to mention, but he did all the work within our budget too!Thank you Granite & Tile Outlet II and Robert.

We are very happy with all the work Granite and Tile Outlet II did for our remodel. They installed wood flooring, kitchen countertops, and completely renovated our bathrooms, removing the old tubs and showers and replacing the floors. Robert is so positive when you discuss the options that it really helps with the remodel stress. The crews were very professional and knowledgeable and the materials and work look great. It looks like I have a new house now! I highly recommend Granite & Tile Outlet II.

Brand new counter tops installed & of the 4 pieces in our kitchen, they don’t look anything alike. They look worn & jaded like they’ve seen years of use.I had to call 5 times over 2 months to get someone out to take a look & try to fix it. They promised they’d send someone out & then crickets & no one showed or contacted us. Once they came and did a few things, it did nothing to improve it. They said their manager would get back with me, never did.This company has tons of bad reviews on Yelp. Wish I would have looked their first before working with this company.Feels like this company just hopes you forget there’s a problem & that you’ll settle for sub-par quality after spending a lot of money with them.

I found several favorable things about Granite and Tile Outlet II. The installers did a great job installing my Quart countertops, they also managed to remove the old granite without harming our backsplash that I really wanted to keep and not have to redo. I love the look of the quartz we selected. My complaint is the kitchen sink that was highly recommended to us. Per their recommendation we went with a single bowl sink, big mistake! The problem is it is a huge sink and takes forever to fill up even half way to do dishes, big waste on water! Also if you are doing the dishes and need to say pour out remaining food or liquid to wash another dish, you have to either pour a dirty liquid into the clean dish water or take it and pour it into the toilet. This might work if you have a big family and use the dishwasher a lot but not for a family of 2, too wasteful! We contacted them and explained our disappointment, at first they seemed willing to come up with a solution. But now it seems they were not able to find a sink with the exact measurements as the one we are unhappy with to be able to replace it. So we are stuck with a sink that is wasteful. My suggestion to this company is to talk to your customers and see how they will be using a product before making any recommendations, especially if they had already mentioned their hesitation in a one basin sink! Always go with your gut!

Super happy with our experience! They helped up pick great looking floor tile, quartz countertops and backsplash tile and had a great contact to install and paint new cabinet doors. Every member of the team was very professional and courteous. I highly recommend using Granite &Tile Outlet in Allen for your next renovation!

Highly recommend! Robert was extremely patient and helpful. They have tons of samples in store for counters, backsplash, and flooring. They replaced our dark black granite with a gorgeous Ceasarstone quartz.. added a big tub sink too. So happy with the results.
