Wonderful experience with Trina Dam at this location. I have always gotten really good service here, but this was my first time with Trina. She’s is an excellent stylist!

I was informed by the stylist that used to give me a bald cut and another stylist just now, that the shop didn't do bald service any longer. I was just at the shop nine days ago and had it done by another stylist, as the one the does it normally had gone out the country. The delivery was rude and untrue it appears. They were pleasant to others that entered the shop. I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone, especially based on their unprofessional attitude to a customer that was always pleasant with them and tipped well. It's unfortunate that they didn't care about losing a good customer. Especially Kathy le. Nothing has changed at this location. Horrible customer service!

Rachel did great job with my kids hair kit. She is pro stylist. More than hair cut she knows how to engage kids. My kid liked it and its super quick.i am coming to this saloon from past 2 years and the new stylist are great

Worst location to take ur kids or even as an adult please DO NOT GO at this location. I had the worst experience with this location. Worst customer service. The person cutting my daughter’s hair looked like she was pissed and didnt want to do the haircut. Overall all i was very disappointed with these people.

8/10/25 - Chris did very nice haircut for my 2nd grader. Very detailed and professional. Took care of head line and other details which is nice of her. She offered 2 lines shape/pattern for him going in 2nd grade next week, this made our day, feeling happy with this compliment. Highly recommended.
Kathy and Bon did great job cutting my hair and my son's hair. ( 6yr old). Very professional and nice cut.

I am not at all satisfied with my son's haircut stylist name is Cody. I think he is new here. I tried to show him a video but he doesn't pay attention and he cut my son's hair the way he wanted. I won't come back here again.😑😑😑😑

Great service!! I have a mixed child with curly texture hair. They happily serviced us and made us feel comfortable. Thank you so much!!! Other great clips in the area have turned us away saying they do not know how to cut this type of hair. It's 2025 what are these other locations doing???
