We bought one jacket, but the cashier was extremely disrespectful. She specifically told us to rearrange the jackets we tried, even though we only tried one. Meanwhile, other customers were trying on jackets but were not asked to do the same. This behavior felt very racist towards us as Indians. Please level up your customer service, looks like some cheap stunt to change the customer base

I went there today and bought a jacket. I tried on two jackets to decide which one fit me best. At the cash counter, the cashier asked me to fold and rearrange the jacket I tried on but didn’t purchase, even though I bought the other one. I noticed that other people were also trying on jackets, but she didn’t ask them to do the same. This felt disrespectful and discriminatory. I will not be returning to this specific store in the future. GUESS Allen, you need to educate your staff on customer service and communication, and raise your standards.

Really bad customer service experience came with my wife to resize her watch guess collection she got online. The way the guy reloaded at first was kinda condescending but he apologizes later went ahead and got me 2 shirts thought was 50% off for the second one. I believe the guy named Juan was kinda rude to me when asking about the discount it felt li was in the ghetto no customer service etiquette NOT COMING BACK HERE my wife wears the vail I think it is a racist store the white guy working there was lot better and respectful the day was 7/29/2024

Probably the most rude employees ever. As soon as you walk in they stare you down. They look at what you are carrying. Apparently no drinks (including water) that was bottled and stored on the bag. After reading other comments and reviews it makes sense. This store needs a visit from corporate and they need to re train employees.
