She is big, busy, and in charge but we love her. Love the plants, Pharmacy, fun fruit, seasonal things, and of course samples! Meat selection is always nice and now we get funny cocktail things when we have extra money. Lines can be long but they will take care of you. Everyone there working us kind and knowledgeable.

Maybe it's just weekends, but the store was very full and everyone shopping here seemed very angry and impatient. Very stressful environment.

I was surprised to see H-E-B increase the rotisserie chicken price from $4.98 to over $6. That’s a significant jump for an item many customers buy regularly. Sam’s still sells it for $4.98, so I’ll be getting it from there going forward.

Great store. My first visit and employees were helpfu telling where things werel. + An elderly shopper saw me looking around and told me that with the app you can type in what you want and it will tell you the exact aisle and location and show a picture of the location. Wow! Didn't even have aps when I lived in San Antoino and shopped HEB 20 years ago. HEB Store brands are excellent, too!

Wide selection of items at good prices.
PROS: Pre-seasoned and pre-packaged items actually taste good
CONS: Too crowded, bothering with yellow coupons, no designated line for the self-checkout lanes leading to confusion and frustration among patrons, staff at self-checkout line is not helpful as far as managing the line

Well I finally found a store, HEB that makes soft apples in their apple pie but their crust sucks. 🤔. Costco has GREAT crust but hit or miss on their apples. Sad.

Several times I've bought Spicy Guacamole and there's no spice. Whoever is making it is putting the wrong stickers on. Please fix this!
Otherwise everything is Wonderful there.

HEB is a superior store to anything else around. Hard to go anywhere else, and i have to pass a few other grocery stores in my 20 minute drive to get there.
