So the lady was kind and it seemed like it would have been a good treatment at first. then while actually in the service the hair professional was incredibly opinionated and a bit exhausting in conversation...which is HARD for a hair coloring service as those take a bit longer than a haircut. then the end is what made it TERRIBLE:
It seemed like a normal service to close: a hair wash and a blowout. But then she turned me over to see her work...and I had HUGE hair color marks (black) all around my face around my hair line and down the sides of my face like small sideburns. I mentioned it to her as she dismissed me and she apologized and admitted her mistake...but YA'LL she was gonna let me leave the space like that. She tried to wipe the hair color off and then had me complete the work as she had another client and didn't want to inconvenience them...this took easily another 10 minutes<- never again! which is a bummer as this place is close to my house. I will drive the extra hour to make it to the person who has been doing my hair before. 170+ for a service that i was not happy with...what a nightmare.

I have been coming to Sophia since she worked in Plano with Style of America. When she moved to Allen, I followed. Been going to her since 2002 and she just gets my hair and will not steer me wrong with color or anything. Sophia and Jenny are the sweetest and kindest people! They remember you even though they have so many clients. They ask about my kids and husband and Sophia remembers me when I was 13 and what I was planning to be when I grew up! She's my family now bc I have been going to her for 22 years!. If you need a great haircut/color look no more. My number 1 pick ALL the time

I came here on the recommendation of a lady I met at the Senior Center. She had a precision pixie cut that looked stylish, chic and easy to maintain. I have been here twice--both times, my hair looked fabulous after it was done. Also, I am disabled, on a walker/wheelchair, and I have been treated with the utmost care and consideration at every appointment. These ladies work quickly, efficiently and are true hair artists. And, what I paid for a wash, cut and blow-dry/style was very reasonable. I am so glad to have found this salon.

Jenny is my go to girl! She is fabulous and delivers a great haircut every time! I go see her 2-3 times a year with freshly washed and straightened hair and she cuts it dry for me. This is my preference as I like to leave the salon with my hair straightened and I prefer to do that part myself. She always remembers my preference, we have great conversation and she’s so sweet to ask how my kids and husband are doing. Prices are very fair and she’s worth every penny! Wow, did such a great job!! I only received a wet cut as I was pressed for time and needed a cut asap. After I washed and dried doing my usual routine I really got to see how great it was! Thank you!!
