I really don’t write reviews but today I love to write about Home Depot on McDermott & 75 . Their staff is amazing always cheerful & kind.wanted to share with you guys when you go to their garden area always ask for JEEF he is a HIDDEN GEM of that store always friendly good service & hard worker. Yesterday was 100 degree temperature & he did help me as an angel . I was thinking that he would not working there I would go try another Home Depot.

I have visited this store for painting my house to get the right color. Michonne helped me pick out perfect color! She is friendly and courteous and very helpful.

Today, every corner we turned, we found friendly help. We saw others getting the same service and it was on a Monday. Finally, someone gets it. Thank you Home Depot in Allen for adequately staffing your store. We will be back.

Lucia, Jenna, Joaquin , Ray from paint, and michonne were all amazing. I go around to local stores to test the customer service provided by employees from different stores. And all I gotta say is these people were outstanding with helping me with any questions that I had.

This 5 star review is for Tyler at the Allen TX store. He is knowledgeable, curious and goes above and beyond with every customer I have seen him interact with. I’m a frequent shopper and always enjoy knowing he is there to help when needed!

I’ll be honest, I used to be a Lowe’s fan because many years ago when we purchased a fridge from Home Depot online the order was repeatedly canceled. It was so frustrating to keep dealing with it being canceled and then having customer service help us re-place the order only for it to happen again. We gave up after three attempts and bought the same item from Lowe’s without issue.
Unfortunately for us, the fridge we bought then died merely 6 years later (it was Samsung, strongly recommend you do not ever buy a Samsung). We went in to Home Depot on McDermott to buy a new fridge and BRIAN helped us out.
He was so delightful to work with, gave us all the information we needed, helped us place an order for a new Frigidaire, and answered all our questions on warranties and return policies. Our experience in the store with Brian is why I will now start to shop at Home Depot again!

In the store 45 minutes trying to buy a cooktop and have installed. Appliance people went home early, another person said manager left. I’m about to leave myself. The store in Allen Texas is so poorly run. 50 minutes waiting, I’m gone.

Today i saw manager on duty one lady she was very rude with her staff in front of the customer
The cashier lady was very nice to every customer and work hard but this lady manager was very very rude with her
I have never seen manager like this if you cant help us so let other people help us
Yes the lady who was cashier her name was vicky she so nice with all the customers
Management should look into this
Home depot shouldn’t loose hard working people like her

The team members were friendly and very helpful. One staff walked me through the whole garden center to verify I got what I want. She also provided the useful information and her opinions on the products I was looking for.
The establishment interior and exterior looked clean and well-organized. The restroom was a bit messy though.
