“This is a pretty complex process (signing up for a new Medicare Advantage plan, after moving to Texas from another state). The many screens to wade through are fraught with possible wrong turns and incorrect choices. Using a Medicare-authorized agent to navigate this process relieved me of a lot of angst. Kimberly was very reassuring, and guided me through the process efficiently and knowledgeably. I have no hesitation in recommending her (yes, free!) services to you when you are signing up for MA. I will continue to use her service every late Fall when it is time to either re-up for my chosen plan, or get advice on a better plan that is newly available.
