Not worth it. Other jump places are better. Not a lot of places for adults to sit. Not open area. Basketball are was closed. To many walls. No dodgeball area or pit. Small areas

The trampoline parks were great over all however an employee was not helpful. One of the claw machines malfunctioned in front of our eyes, and an employee's response was "I don't know". I believe this is not a valid response and is disappointing to young children.

The arcade games are decent price cos but having a play place, trampolines, and arcade games in one doesn’t allow kids to enjoy one thing.

I took the grandkids to a birthday party at this place and as far as I can see all of the vending machines are not in service so if you're not in a party, you have to go out to eat snacks or food most of the games are out of service, probably about 60% of them games are broken. There's very little place for people to sit if they are not having a party

Half of everything was closed down but they still charge full price. Disappointing experience, because we go here quite a bit. Find a new place to go til they get it fixed!

Now I understand why this place is not successful, it has been the worst night for my children, starting with the micro management, very rude staff, they said that I had only entered without paying even though I showed them the charge on my credit card since At the entrance they didn't give me any receipt, the “manager” a black guy knows absolutely nothing about customer service, no one was wearing any stickers and they only asked us about it, and the guy ended up kicking us out for no reason and said he would call the police if I didn't, The place is falling apart, Ismells disgusting and has changed its name 3 times in the last year I will never go back

Absolutely terrible place 1 employee yelling at me and my 3 friends (we are all 15) for doing flips and going to this place that was “5 and under” but there were no clear signs except the sign that was supposed to say “babyland” but due to the color of the letters and the wall it was on, you could clearly not make out what the word said. We were always following what he wanted and decided to just play some of the arcade games. The manager came behind us and told us to leave which we did. 1/10 experience would leave a lower review if possible STICK TO URBAN AIR OR ALTITUDE FOR BETTER EXPERIENCE
