Had a fantastic experience here. Randy is an exceptional shoe professional. He noticed I wasn’t wearing socks with my loafers and brought me some fresh socks and a shoe horn without me having to ask. He brought me other shoes in the made in Italy J&M collection that would best suit me. Probably the only outlet here that’s selling Italian shoes. Would gladly return.

My fiancé and I visited the Allen Texas store and experienced such excellent customer care and service from the Assistant Manager (Randy Robinson). This gentleman was very much attentive and helpful. He went above and beyond to ensure we received products specifically tailored to our needs and style. The quality of the shoes speaks for itself but Mr. Robinson’s customer care is what matters most and because of him, we are new Johnston & Murphy customers.

This location always seems to have some of the nicer shoes available from J&M, the best place to buy dress shoes. They also are well versed on the white box shoes - if need a pair of tux shoes or something extra this is your place.

My husband and I went into the store to see about exchanging a pair of shoes that were bought for him online. Because his foot is quite wide, it is usually difficult for him to buy decent dress shoes. Alban assisted us and was extremely patient as we went through several styles of shoes before we came across one that met both aesthetic requirements and fit perfectly. Upon checkout we learned that the shoes we selected were less than what had been purchased and so we had a credit coming. At that point Cathy assisted even further, and helped us pick out a pair of pullovers. Everyone we encountered there today was great and truly get the concept of “customer service”.

Would give zero stars if I could. Do not advertise being open until 9p if your doors are locked at 8:15p and your phones are turned off. Will actively avoid this location and encourage others to do the same.
