My son will graduate this May 22, 2022. I paid over $270 for the cap, gown, stole, tassel and a T-Shirt - as a single parent, this was not in my budget. I have had the gown and stole hanging up for over 4 weeks. I purchased an $80 steamer, since the steam function on my iron did not remove the wrinkles. The steamer did not either. I call Jostens and was told I could drive to Allen, TX from Frisco to return the gown and stole for another. With the current price of gas, that was not a logical option. I have called and left 4 messages for someone to call me back with the Jostens - Allen, TX location so that I could mail the gown and stole back and have Jostens send me another - as that is what they wanted me to drive there to pick up new and drop off wrinkled. After 4 left messages, NO ONE has returned my call.The gown and stole look like I purchased at the Dollar Tree. It is made of cheap fabric and it both pieces look incredibly CHEAP. I want my son to look nice for this milestone day in his life, however JOSTENS does not care about that. They have their money but do not have the best interest of the student at heart.I thought that Jostens was a long-standing, reputable, honest company but they ARE FAR FROM IT!!!!!BE CAUTIOUS WHEN ORDERING AND RECIEVING THE GOWN AND STOLE YOU ORDER. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REMOVE THE WRINKLES AND IT IS SO CHEAP LOOKING - ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. HIGHLY LIVID AND DISAPPOINTED.

Larry & Team @ Jostens-Allen, TX are amazing!! I placed an order on the corporate site and after payment, my receipt indicated I was scheduled to receive package WELL after graduation. Not being able to speak directly with anyone at Jostens corporate, I took a chance and called Jostens-Allen directly. First ring, Larry answered and so graciously fulfilled my order, complimentary. Larry said I'll still receive my original order, as I have already paid, but he just wanted to make sure I had what I needed and so that I could make my Senior 2020 experience memorable without any delay. Try your local Jostens representatives directly, if you can't get through to corporate. They are working tirelessly to really take care of everyone. THANK YOU Larry & Team @ Jostens-Allen, TX!!! Where do I begin with this post: Very unprofessional, continuously receive the run around regarding my order. I paid for invitations and cap and gown package ONLY received the invitations. Left several voicemails regarding the issue and just continue to get the run around. There was NO issue with taking my money out my account the first day I ordered. I do not and will not ever recommend this company to my worst enemy.
