My partner and I were very impressed as to how they are both very young, yet they are the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE we have received in a VERY LONG TIME! Evidently, these young workers do not know their numbers. I asked for a size 10 in men’s in Ugg Tazman, and I received a size 9. Then another young lady took my phone number and said she will call once the size I asked for comes in the store off the truck. Here it is, January 2nd, and they unloaded their truck. NO CALL! So I had to call and some girl said “yes we u loaded our truck and we’re already sold out!”
MY FAMILY AND I ARE NOT COMING BACK TO THIS STORE AGAIN.

I visited this location on 1/12/24 to make a return with my daughter. I took notice of the clearance shirts that were on display and asked the cashier that was on duty about each of the sizes. Helene was very cordial, and retrieved whatever shirts we were interested in from the display panel. I was tempted to buy a Snoop Dogg shirt but decided against it due to my tight budget lol. Will definitely be returning to this location!

Helena was AMAZING! 5 stars plus! I have neuropathy in both feet (which basically means I feel as though I am standing on a bed of nails that are firing off random electrical zaps up each nail head through my feet into my calves and I have constant burning sensation through my soles and the top of my feet have extra sensitive spots. I haven't wore more than puffy slippers in a couple of years. I say all this so you will know that I am not an easy client.Helena, was gentle and kind. She must have gone back to find different styles and sizes 10 times. All trying to find something that I could tolerate.I am traveling to NYC and will need actual shoes (since it will not just be cold it will also likely snow during the 10 days I will in the North East).Good service is hard to find in today's world, so I am extra thankful for her smiling face, understanding eyes, and patients in helping me to find the perfect fit!

Employees great. Online order pickup a huge problem. Another lady having issue while I was there. Had to stand there fifteen minutes while they tried to figure it out when it was already paid for so I can just run in and grab- RIDICULOUS. Never again. Amazon is my friend.

Just tried to go to this location, when the hours clearly state that they close at 9:00 PM on Tuesday, March 28th. We got told they were closed at 8:35 PM, while the door was still open for business. What terrible service!
