My husband Went here to do a state expansion, he was told it didn’t pass due to the tires. He paid $250, then said it was the battery. We got new battery from them another $322 then they said there inspection machine had stop working to come back within 15 days. They haven’t supposedly fixed it yet… plus the 25 dollars for the inspection Equals up to 600… ridiculous stay way from this place…..

They have one hour guarantee on tire changes advertisement, but I went in for a nail in my tire and had to wait two hours before I gave up and went to another tire shop. At least be transparent with customers with wait times instead of not communicating at all.

Last week I had a tire service light show up on my dashboard and visited the Just Tires location on Main in Allen. They quickly got me in and out (there were no issues), and they didn’t charge me for the diagnostic or the visit. The man at the desk was friendly and kind. I really appreciate the help and will be back when my tires are ready for rotation/balance. Thank you for your help!

“fixed” my nail puncture tire that had a slow leak for $25. The following morning the tire was completely dead and would not hold air at all. No spare (my fault)…no option offered to fix when I called. So now I’m out $100 for another company’s mobile service call.

Haven't used these guys in years because of experiences like this. My wife took her car there to get a tire checked. They advised the tire could not be repaired and recommended replacing it. Thankfully she declined services and returned to the house. They wanted to charge her $380 for placing a $116 tire on the car along with some additional suggested maintenance. Why $380? Among other things, they want to charge her $162 to replace the reusable air filter under the hood and the cabin filter. Ridiculous. If you have a flat in front of their business, put the spare on and roll to a different shop.

Don’t come here if you drive a 4 wheel drive vehicle and need a tire patch. They will try to convince you it isn’t repairable and you need 4 new tires. I went to another tire shop and got it patched for 22$. I told them beforehand I wasn’t going to do that and they made me wait 30 minutes with a toddler just to try to take advantage of me anyways. This is the second tire shop that tries to do this so seems like a common practice among tire shops. Go to Princeton Tire Shop for tire patches. Do not give these people your money.

They are getting a two star review because at least the service was done correctly. They were terribly slow and didn't seem to care when you ask the status of your car or about your time. I had a 10 am appointment and it took two hours to replace two tires and get a state inspection. There is no one hour guarantee when you get two tires because that obviously takes more time to do that getting a full set of four tires. Apparently, an appointment just puts you to the front of the service line and does not actually mean they will start working on your car at that time? I have used this location for 12 years and their service gets slower and less responsive over time. Maybe it's time to find a new tire location for my vehicles.

I called and spoke to Josh. I asked him about rotating my tires on a 3500. He said that he could do it. When I got there he says that he can't do it. I wasted my time driving there for a job that he knew that he couldn't do. What a waste of time and gas. The worse customer experience with a lie!

Quick, efficient and all around great service. I took my out-of-state Prius to this location last year to have the tires checked, due to constant air leakage from the rear passenger tire triggering the TPMS every 200-250 miles. Josh determined that whoever installed the TPMS sensors did not install them flushed to the wheel, thus the constant air leakage (thanks a lot Sam's Club of Torrance, CA). Nevertheless, Just Tire properly re-installed all the TMPS at no charge, which blew my mind. I was expecting to pay $20/wheel. Anyways, I went back recently to get my state safety inspection done on my C8 Corvette (no appointment necessary) and was taken care of within 30 minutes. We'll bring back my Prius for another inspection due next month and we'll use Just Tires for all of our future tire needs.

Someone illegally dumped a tire in front of my house and the city wouldn't come pick it up. I called Just Tires and they said bring it on up and took care of it for me. Really great of them to do.
