I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this location. I came in simply to replace one front tire that had just stripped, but instead of helping me with what I asked for, I was repeatedly pressured about the condition of my other tires. It felt less like a safety concern and more like aggressive upselling. I feel like he was trying to take advantage of the fact I am young and a female.
While I was there, I noticed a note on a notepad behind the counter that said “black ^bad women.” Another Black woman who walked in saw it as well and asked the employee what it meant. Instead of giving a real explanation, he immediately ripped up the paper and blamed it on a technician, saying he would “talk to them.” As soon as that customer left, he went to the back, and I could hear them all laughing about it.
This was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and honestly disturbing to witness in a place of business.
On top of that, I was originally told the cheapest tire available was $230. After pushing back, suddenly there was a $145 option. That kind of dishonest pricing only added to the feeling that they were trying to take advantage of me.
Overall, the experience left me feeling disrespected, singled out, and uncomfortable. Based on what I witnessed, I would not recommend this location to anyone.

This is the place to go. Came by in a rush with a flat, and it was all handled quickly and with a very friendly and helpful staff. Glad to have a great shop locally, that we'll definitely be coming back to. Recommend!

Just Tires helped me with my tire troubles and got me back on the road! They were able to diagnose the issue, got me a tire in a timely manner, and provided friendly service the entire time.

My husband Went here to do a state expansion, he was told it didn’t pass due to the tires. He paid $250, then said it was the battery. We got new battery from them another $322 then they said there inspection machine had stop working to come back within 15 days. They haven’t supposedly fixed it yet… plus the 25 dollars for the inspection Equals up to 600… ridiculous stay way from this place…..

They have one hour guarantee on tire changes advertisement, but I went in for a nail in my tire and had to wait two hours before I gave up and went to another tire shop. At least be transparent with customers with wait times instead of not communicating at all.

Last week I had a tire service light show up on my dashboard and visited the Just Tires location on Main in Allen. They quickly got me in and out (there were no issues), and they didn’t charge me for the diagnostic or the visit. The man at the desk was friendly and kind. I really appreciate the help and will be back when my tires are ready for rotation/balance. Thank you for your help!

“fixed” my nail puncture tire that had a slow leak for $25. The following morning the tire was completely dead and would not hold air at all. No spare (my fault)…no option offered to fix when I called. So now I’m out $100 for another company’s mobile service call.

Haven't used these guys in years because of experiences like this. My wife took her car there to get a tire checked. They advised the tire could not be repaired and recommended replacing it. Thankfully she declined services and returned to the house. They wanted to charge her $380 for placing a $116 tire on the car along with some additional suggested maintenance. Why $380? Among other things, they want to charge her $162 to replace the reusable air filter under the hood and the cabin filter. Ridiculous. If you have a flat in front of their business, put the spare on and roll to a different shop.

Don’t come here if you drive a 4 wheel drive vehicle and need a tire patch. They will try to convince you it isn’t repairable and you need 4 new tires. I went to another tire shop and got it patched for 22$. I told them beforehand I wasn’t going to do that and they made me wait 30 minutes with a toddler just to try to take advantage of me anyways. This is the second tire shop that tries to do this so seems like a common practice among tire shops. Go to Princeton Tire Shop for tire patches. Do not give these people your money.
