I came to the store at 6:35pm and they locked the door to close. All the workers were just standing around and the store says it doesn’t close until 7pm. No one came to unlock the door.

I came to get a ring for my mom on Mother’s Day and somehow ended up with the incorrect birth stones. I came back to see about getting them exchanged and Caroline was super helpful even though I had lost my receipt! Thanks, Caroline!!

The jewelry is beautiful but not worth the money. Found out today you can’t get the jewelry wet. For this price range ($50-$100 a piece) you would expect better quality to last in shower water. Might as well purchase jewelry across the street for $18

I hadn't been to this store in awhile but my daughter was home for Spring Break and wanted to go to Watters Creek. There's a ring that my daughter has been wanting but everytime she tried to order it, it's sold out. It's a ring from the color bar that you can personalize with the stones you choose. . We went into the store to see if she could get it there. Unfortunately they didn't have the ring in her size at the store either. However they called around to a few different stores until they found one. They ordered it and had it delivered to my daughter and it was there before she got back from Spring Break. Great service!! And, she loves the ring!

I’ve been going to this location 4 years now. I love taking advantage of the birthday special & half off one item. Then I purchase the additional special at the checkout that’s usually about $25 & use as Christmas gift. The staff is always eager to help & greets with a smile. The store is always clean too. Parking can be a challenge depending on when you go. I don’t suggest weekends or lunch rush. This was their setup in 2023.

Customer service pretty crappy my wife waited in line for like 20 mins behind one couple. There was to checkout computers setup and enough workers to help the cashier with her customer that held up the line. Like were trying to give you money

I won a raffle with my job so I went into the shop with my gift card.
The first person I met was a woman named Erika who is bubbly and outgoing and helped me ,because when you walk in there, there are so many beautiful things it’s hard to choose. i wandered a little bit more, and then when I went to go pay, I was a little confused still , as to what to get and didn’t know which ones I wanted ,and the girl at the counter wasn’t so wonderful …
.so I went to Erika when I was leaving , to get her name for this review, because she was awesome. ( so, if you do need anything go to Erika ) and I told her she was a tremendous help, but that the other girl at the register upset me and made me feel like a burden .:: Erika then did something that was way over and beyond . I can’t even tell you what it was, but it was so appreciated , And later I found out she was the manager. ( which I’m not surprised because she’s excellent at her job.) I wanted to thank her for everything that she did and do this review, and she also deserves recognition ! as to the store. It’s a great location. It’s clean. The merchandise is beautiful and if it’s your birthday, they give you half off . I just like to give credit where credit is due. Whoever’s above Erika you have a gem there !!!
