I would like to take this moment to acknowledge one of your employees Sharon .P. from the Watters Creek Store and let manager Erica GainesKnow about the wonder service Sharon provides.Back in June I had purchased the EMILIE LINK BRC GOLD IRIDESCENT DRUSYUnfortunately, it got tarnished and for the last month I have been going almost weekly to see if I could have it exchanged. The reason why I had been making so many trips to the store is because the bracelet was always out of stock and had been told to keep checking in. Until finally on my last trip to the store Ms. Sharon was the person who was finally able to help me with my dilemma. She too expressed that the bracelet was not in stock at the store. However, that she could order it on line for me and have it delivered to the house. I said to myself (Why did no one else offer me this option before?) I left her the tarnished one and within a few days my new bracelet had been delivered.Sharon thank you so much for taking the time to help me resolve my month long dilemma. You really know how to do your job very well and go above and beyond with a smile!!! You are a Godsend. I hope others around you will learn from you and your example of excellent customer service!!!Thank you so very much!!!

What a brilliant business model... Create a jewelry store where 90% of the merchandise is fake and cheap, but sell it in high-end shopping centers for a premium markup hidden inside lots of bright lights and color patterns! Genius!!!I don't get it... but I'm a guy. Girls seem to love it... so who am I to give it less than 5-stars. Well done, Kendi, well done!

Be aware that they do not accept returns. There is a tiny little sign that says that. They won't tell you that when you check out. So if you are buying a gift, don't make it a surprise. You can't return it.

Terrible customer service. I had a necklace break, the replaced it and the replacement also broke in the same spot. Looked at the reviews of this particular necklace online and several other people have had the same issue. The salesgirl told me I could give her the necklace to damage out in exchange for 20% off something else! Excuse me, what?? How in the world does that make sense? She was not helpful at all and the "policy" is ridiculous. Glad to know they don't stand behind their products, especially when so many others had the same issue with the same style of necklace. Obviously it's a flaw with the materials or design!

bought in may rusted within 2-3 months was not able to come in till now and was not able to exchange they were offering a 20% off for a new one but at that point its a cycle for me to come in every 2-3 months once it gets like this again and buy another one each time, will not be purchasing again.

Made a special trip from about an hour away for a party and they were out of the necklace style I wanted. They need to do a better job about keeping popular styles in stock and be a bit more apologetic to those who make a trip to their store. The customer service in general is subpar. For example, if you're out of a certain style, apologize and help the customer find something else they love.

The earrings I picked for my daughter's birthday were lovely; however the customer service was really disappointing. When I went to pay for the earrings, the associate asked for an email, then a phone number. I declined politely and said I'd prefer not to share. That was met with' "Well, that's what everybody does. That's how we do it here." I was pretty close to walking out without completing the purchase after that unhelpful and terse response, but asked her to check with her manager. She returned and made some excuse and then completed the transaction. There is absolutely no need to have to provide personal information, and I didn't appreciate being given a hard time over it. I won't return here.

It is difficult to put a value for what a person could get at this shop. If jewelry, as in gold, etc. is what you want, none of that can be found at Kendra Scott. On the other hand, if the so-called custom jewelry is what you want, a seriously over priced selection is what I found in this shop
