Usually a clean location but frequently busy - I've also noticed they tend to be a few cents higher than other gas stations in the area to offset any fuel rewards you may be using. They do have those annoying screens that try and push fuel additives on you. I'm honestly only here to use fuel points.

It's time for Kroger, or someone, to invest in this place or shut it down. The machines are old, the buttons sometimes don't push, the fuel additive scheme is an embarrassment, and I haven't gotten a receipt successfully printed in 8 months. But I'm going to Kroger anyway so I'll stop, torture through getting gas and the pump shutting off every few gallons, not get my receipt, and then forget about it till the next time.

I stopped in for gas after grocery shopping so I could use my fuel points for a discount. I had to clean off my windows and the water was old and gross but I think it's like that at most places. I was happy to see they had air because I needed to fill a couple of tires. Not a lot to say, just about what you would expect.

I placed an order on line and received moldy strawberries and they put alcohol and hydrogen peroxide spay bottles in with food and aspirins. The two bottles leaked all over the box of macaroni and aspirins. I have been so disappointed with service and the quality of food. When I went back to return everything the chubby grey haired lady at the front was rude as can be. Looking forward to shopping at the new H‑E‑B!!!!

I enjoy shopping at Kroger. They produce is typically fresh especially at this location. I love that they offer coupons because saving is a must in this economy! Tip: Kroger is less busy at lunch. I was specifically looking for cod or catfish and the seafood representative as kind and got me in & out. I highly recommend visiting this location!!

I really don't know why this Kroger location has gone downhill so badly on the past year. I never find more than one person working in the deli meat area, even when 2-3 people are waiting. The organic produce looks old/withered. They seem to have more out of stock items than other Kroger stores. I'm done shopping here. The other Krogers in Allen are better.

I'm a regular customer here, and I just recently started doing instacart to pull in some extra cash, yesterday while I was looking for a very specific item (instacart is super specific and some things can't substitute another thing), I asked the person stocking produce for help, I was met with the dirtiest look I've ever gotten and this man yelled at me and said "this is the exact same thing". I don't understand exactly what I did to deserve that, but I went on with my day and thanked him instead of reporting him to the manager like I should've, I get it some people hate their job, but don't take it out on the customer. The produce quality was good, but after that encounter the ambiance felt a little weird, thankfully there's more employees than just him.
