The person who is in customer service does not know how to do his job and I have been more than three times and he does not want to help me, he just says that there is no service Last time there were 10 minutes left until closing time and he simply refused without any explanation.

This is your option when HEB is full and they're out of what you're looking for. Same Kroger problems that plague the other stores. Skeleton crew, 1 cashier lane open and 1 person running self checkout who clearly doesn't want to there.

Love the fresh department. I attempted to checkout today around 7:45 PM, young lady told me she was waiting for someone! She was running her mouth! (Look at your cameras) Another register was open with no cashier. At this point, shut the registers down and have only self check-out lanes smh

I love coming to Krogers but the customer service In this particular store is HORRIBLE. I mean horrible only great worker I’ve came in contact with is a young lady name Kala. The service just very poor. I only come now in emergencies. It’s not worth it!

This Murray's cheese stand is so much fun. I come thru almost every day after I work out to pick out a couple. Super well priced, HEB is 3 times more expensive and this selection is still better. I recommend trying the 36 month gouda and old croc sharp cheddar. Not sure when kroger started doing this but it's really cool.

I've been meaning to leave this review for a couple of weeks. On Sunday, Sept 29th, I went to buy some steaks from here and couldn't find what I was looking for. John at the meat department went out of his way and found me the EXACT thing I was looking for and the steaks were delicious. I wanted to thank John for helping our Sunday grill-out turn out perfectly.

Two weeks in a row I ordered online for pickup. Two weeks in a row the kids working the online orders didn't bring everything out. This isn't the first time this has happened with this Kroger. Thank God that HEB is right across the street. They actually take pride in their work and I have never had an issue with online orders. We had a good run Kroger.

PRIMO water station not working. Reported it 2 weeks ago and same case today.

I don't really rate grocery stores, but I'm giving this place 4 stars because 1.) they open late and 2.) they still have the hostess stand 🤣. I do love me some snoballs.
