What an amazing brand. I purchased a few pairs of the, 511’s. They have a great fit and are comfortable. I went back a few days later and purchased the, Slim Tech Men’s Pants, the they’re lightweight and flexible. Great quality, prices, and service. I always loved, Levi’s!

I came to Levi’s to buy pants for my boyfriend, and while we were at the register, there were some kids being loud nearby. A white, bald man—who I believe was the manager—was speaking with an employee when he noticed the noise. However, he only approached the Black kids and their parents to reprimand them, and didn’t say anything to the white kids who were also being loud. This felt very discriminatory and uncomfortable. It seemed like he was singling out the Black children while ignoring similar behavior from others. This kind of biased treatment is not okay and really says a lot about the store’s environment and management.

Jocilan greeted me when I entered, offered to help. She advised me on size and gave me a couple of options to try. She was helpful, friendly and polite. Helped me again try a third size. I was impressed with her.professional service. Recommend her unconditionally.

We visited the Levi’s store at the outlet because we love their jeans, they are high quality and last longer than any other brand. The store was well-organized and clean, and the customer service was good. Plus, we found great sales on most items, especially their jeans.

They don't carry all inseam options in store. It's fine if you're taller but the don't carry the shorter inseams.

I had issues with an order I placed in the Grapevine location and fortunately they told me that I can just go to Allen location since it’s closer to me. The manager there Mel has been so great, helpful and found a resolution immediately. She went above and beyond with her customer service. She was wonderful!

Will never return. Rude, unprofessional. Found my items and at check out went to use my Simon VIP coupon for $10 off $100. My total was $150. Cashier said they couldn't take it. I explained it is specific to Allen and he said manager won't allow it. I asked to check with manager, who came over and was ridiculously rude. He said they wouldn't take it, they have supposedly asked to have coupon removed from Simon's site, and can't accept it because items are on 'sale'. I asked what I bought that was on sale and he said 'everything in the store is, all the time.' Lost a customer over $10. AND to make it worse, the same jeans are $15 less each on the Levi website.

I dont like leaving bad reviews but today I had a bad experience . I walked in trying to exchange 2 jackets that I bought online for a different size thats it , the guy said it was fine but then when I told him I ordered online he made the simple situation into a difficult situation and made me return them . I had ordered the 2 jackets with a discounted price online for the email sign up so they were 49.50 each and came out to a total of 107.15 and today I had to rebuy them and pay a total of 119 when all he could have done was just let me exchange the size without making the situation difficult I was going to exchange the same exact jacket !!!! Don’t get why I had to pay more !!
