  Visited the store and was amazed by the customer service I received. Mireya was definitely attentive and helped me look for the perfect jersey and hat I needed. Will come back again for sure !

  No help what so ever. Sales person was a short pudgy Latino guy that was doing absolutely nothing. This is a job that has no oversight so service is solely determined by a single person. Took me about 40 minutes to find right size and fit for two hats. It's hard to find a pro team hat store that covers a lot of teams because all the other sport shops only carry Texas Teams. I went at 1pm on a Tuesday and there was no one in store..Just imagine what this place is like on a weekend..Good luck, this LIDS it worst-case site I have ever been in and I have been to at least 8 LIDS stores in different states.

  Costumes watch out of this place their prices Don't match the label. Price is $29.99 and after they scan is $32.99 it's a scam place. Trash this place. And buy 1 and 2nd one 50% is false. They are scammers.

  I'd like to delete the review I posted a few days ago about this Lids in Allen, Texas. I finally received my order. Their communications system still sucks though. If I'd have been able to call this store, this could have all been avoided. I have to admit, they do have some great caps. They're still over priced, but everything is over priced now days.

  It’s funny to me that people right these post about a place. So you mean to tell me that because it’s an inconvenience to you that a worker is not aloud to take a lunch break? Huh I bet you get to take one at your job so what’s the difference oh because it’s an inconvenience for you! It’s always about me and not about others now and days.

  Horrible anymore it seems. This is the third time in the last 2 months I've come and they are randomly doors locked mid afternoon on a Friday. I'm sure there's no draw for business in a Rangers suburb 2 days after the World Series was won! It's 345pm on a sunny Friday afternoon too. They are always closed during business hours and it really stinks. If you try to call you will just get a fast busy signal, so you can't even call before you drive over to check. If it weren't my hometown store I'd never return.
