I love extra space storage here at 908 Allen Central dr. Jamie helped me figure out the best option to transfer units and they keep it clean and pest free. Love it!!

The facility itself is nice, but be careful with the terms and misleading information. They enroll you in autopay automatically. I was charged a full $190 even though I had mentioned at move-in that I’d leave mid-month. No email or written notice was ever sent, just one phone call I missed while traveling.
When I later called and asked them to treat that call as my move-out notice so I could get a refund for at least the unused week, they instead claimed I asked to cancel immediately.

I’m literally saving HUNDREDS per month now that I’ve switched to Extra Space. The app allows me press a button and open the gate for easy access, so no more remembering (or looking up) long, complicated access codes to get to my unit. The office team on site is amazing: incredibly friendly, explained everything effortlessly, and answered every question I had, and then some, before I even asked. I wish I could remember everyone’s name that I spoke with but just know that they’re ALL great!

I originally rented a storage when this place was called Life Storage. I was being charge exactly $100 in October of 2023. Since the rebranding happened, I have been charged $214 per month, as of May this has gone up to $246. So in less than 2 years, I am paying 2.5 times of what I signed up for. Imagine if your rent went up like that.
Also, recently I visited my locker and it was warmer and more humid than I remember it be. I reported it but it was the same last time. Climate controlled does not mean warm in summer.
Right now a 10X15 is advertised on their website for this location at $93.
