I have used this salon in the past for my daughter’s haircuts (Aleka) and recently for my own hair. Tomas did a good job with my blonde highlights. The salon is small with a friendly receptionist and I like that there is a cafe nearby for snacks. The pricing is fair for this region.

I love lifetime, have been a member for more than 5 years now. My kids are a regular and although lifetime prices have increased over the time, my kids don’t want to go to any other gym but lifetime. Over the years I have worked with many personal trainers at lifetime, they were all great especially Gabrielle Goeas, she is amazing. She will make you super comfortable, listen to your needs, cater a program that will challenge you without causing injury. She takes a holistic approach when treating clients. She motivates you like a friend. She makes sure that you reach your goals by giving useful tips about nutrition, good posture and sleep. Love the cold plunge and saunas at lifetime. I think every 40 years old should join lifetime to stay in shape.

I just had my trial massage with Quiana. WOW! I told her where my pain was and she hit ALL of the spots. I have some deep pain that has been massaged in the past but I always felt like no massage was enough. She attacked pain areas from all sides and knew exactly where pain was radiating from. I literally felt like crying happy tears. Best massage experience I’ve ever had 👌🏼

I recently had my first experience with the LifeSpa at Lifetime Gym, hoping to try their facial services after being drawn in by some introductory offers. I typically go elsewhere for massages and facials but was eager to see what they had to offer.
Unfortunately, my experience left a lot to be desired. I was running slightly behind due to traffic and arrived just under 15 minutes late. When I arrived, I noticed the esthetician, Minaxi, chatting on a cellphone in the lobby. I apologized for the delay, only to be informed that she couldn’t see me because of the time. She mentioned that, had I called while on the way, they might have been able to work something out, but because I hadn’t, my only option was to reschedule. I found this to be an unusually strict policy, especially given that even most doctor’s offices don’t operate this way. Still, I complied and rescheduled for Monday, as she mentioned her only day off was Sunday.
Afterwards, I noticed that Minaxi was in the lobby, socializing with other staff for at least 15–20 minutes. This left me questioning whether my rescheduling was genuinely necessary or simply a “lesson” in punctuality. The spa didn’t appear particularly busy, and it didn’t seem like she had back-to-back clients.
On Sunday, I received a call from LifeSpa stating that Minaxi had, in fact, scheduled me for Sunday—her day off—and I was again asked to reschedule. I reiterated that we had confirmed Monday, and eventually, my appointment was rebooked correctly. When I arrived on time on Monday, I was informed that the Minaxi was no-call, no-show. Fortunately, Quiana stepped in and offered me an alternative service, which turned out to be highly professional and enjoyable.( A BIG THANK YOU to her)
This experience wasn’t what I expected from a high-end gym. While I understand that policies are in place to respect everyone's time, it would have been considerate to give me a courtesy call if the appointment was going to be canceled altogether.
I appreciated the recovery with Quiana excellent service, but the overall experience left me feeling that the LifeSpa could benefit from better communication and customer service standards.

Aleka is my regular! Love getting my hair done there and she always does SO good! Recommended my friend and mom to her! Also love when I get the occasional massage at the spa and get to enjoy the gym for the day! 😊♥️

I’d like to shout out to Sage in the café. She is the most awesomeness and excellent customer service provider. She helps me with everything that I need gives me great advice and has the greatest attitude customer service can have. Thank you so much Sage and LIFETIME staff. I truly will recommend this business and gym to anyone in the world. You kill that sage keep up the good work.

I went for a blow out to try them out. You have to check in at the front desk, the guy shoo'd me with his hand rather than speak to me. I get into the salon, receptionist seemed like she was under the influence of something. The young lady who did the blow out did a good job, no problem there. I go to pay, the manager Lauren was standing there, she did not ask how the service was, just stood there and looked very angry. Not the demeanor a manager should have. The receptionist Lindsay also lacked the personality a receptionist should have. The salon is pretty. But the salon and gym has a very negative, unwelcoming vibe and attitude. But when the leader is that way, its just going to trickle down. I wont be back.

I came to this location, because the Garland location banned me from their Spa! From my first visit ever. My son and I had a bad experience and bad hair cuts. So long story short. I was denied services for complaining about out hair. At first I was not so please to have to drive 30 minutes for a service. I came to the Life Spa in Allen. From the first encounter I was properly greeted and felt welcomed. My nail tech Marsha provided me the best experience ever. She was so kind and personable. Her skills are outstanding. She is extremely thorough and extremely knowledgeable. She helped me forget my bad experience at the Garland location. My hands and toes looked ready for a photo shoot. I was so grateful to have had her as my nail tech and she gave me the experience I was hoping for. Excellent Customer service!!! She has gained my loyalty.
