used to come here all the time, but i’ve started to hate this place... every time i go in for a vape, i literally have to swatch out and replace 3 or 4 vapes while there after purchasing because their either burnt or auto-hitting. I will say tho, customer service is great and some workers there will go out of their way to find me somewhat a working vape, but usually even after finding a good enough vape, the quality sucks. I don’t know if these people ever stock up on new vapes or throw out old ones, but seems they are selling vapes that should be off the shelf. In my experience, EVERY vape was burnt or had issues because it was way past its shelf life!!!

Its a good shop, has all brands you want to see and has better pricing than most other smoke shops in Allen. The employees for the most part are alright. Kyle is definitely the friendliest and most helpful out of the 3 I know.

Came in at 9:01, because they’re the only store open this early, and I kindly asked the employee who was walking in if he wouldn’t mind if I was the first customer of the day because I was in a hurry. He promptly replied “we are open when the open sign is on.” Rude right? Don’t waste your money here when there are much more customer focused and reasonably priced options. I will take my business elsewhere and recommend anyone reading this does too.
