I felt like it was missing a lot of pieces, especially in the petite section. The employees had a good conversation about guys going on and didn't pay attention to customers.

For some reason, the women working this store seem to go out of their way to be rude and treat you like you don’t belong in their store. I’ve been a Loft cardholder for over 10 years and the women working at this store treat me like garbage. Remember that scene in Pretty Woman where the associates refuse service? That’s the vibe at this store—doesn’t matter if you’re dressed up or dressed casually—they treat you like garbage.

There is one person here that is consistently rude. She is a bit older than the rest of the ladies. She doesn't say hi. Doesn't address the people standing in front of her. No basic manners.

This was my first time at this store. I'm new to the city and have always shop in store or online. I felt like today at this location I was profiled as a black woman. I've had my account with you all for years, but the minute they saw me, I assume they felt threatened. This made me so uncomfortable and I will never shop in this store ever again. Please teach your associates, that all black people aren't bad. I pay my bills just like everyone else and I have a right to shop wherever. Just g or this, I will be closing my account. I truly feel disappointed & disgusted. In my 51 years of living, I've never felt like this, like I can't walk into a store for a return or purchase. Teach your TEAM better.

This store always has great clothes that fit a variety of body types and the young ladies that work the front desk are so kind and helpful. Customer service is 5 stars here every time I’ve been!

I love coming to this store!! The clothes are always so cute, and the staff is very nice. Unlike several other shops in the mall the air conditioning actually works! It’s a nice store.

Ordered online and opted for curbside pickup. Per the instructions in the email from Loft, I called to let them know I was parked and was infront of the store to pick up my order curbside. There was silence, I asked the employee, Kim Cook, what she needed from me to get my order. She stated an umbrella. I said sorry I don't have one, then she rudely said, can't you come in and get your order? I had to go in because she didn't want to deliver it curbside. Horrible customer service at Allen. Take the extra time to drive to Stonebriar Mall, the ladies there are fantastic!

Lety was so nice, patient, and helpful. I really appreciate how she diligent she was with my SUPER complicated online return. Thank you for making it a great experience to shop at Loft. If I could rate my experience just on Lety, I’d give it a 5 star but I think the 4 better reflects my whole experience with customer service at Loft.
