Great customer service everytime. I'm a long time Loft customer and I always go to this location and always have a great experience with the staff and assistance if needed.

Very rude old employee at wardrobe room stacking clothes , if they are not upto it just sit at home and not mess up people mood. Missing basics of in store service.

Rude employee, wished I had gotten her name to add to this review but maybe the date/time will help - 5/23/24 at around 7:40p
Not only did this woman not help when asked but as I was leaving this person with her rude voice/tone screamed at us because we put a blouse back on the rack (correct spot) that we decided not to purchase and told us “if you are not buying it, you need to take it to the register”
My daughter took it off the rack and gave it to the cashier who looked at us confused of what happened. Not sure who hired this woman but LOFT you all need to do a better job on who gets hired! Her JOB is to help clients AND maybe be reminded that because of clients she has a job.
I usually shop at different LOFTs since I’m a petite size and have never had any issues BUT definitely will not be returning here and might even stop buying from this place.
Future clients - there are better stores around that will actually help!

Be aware future shoppers.Just brought the one of each selections from the photo which were 50% off.They are actually meant 25% off rather 50% as explain by the counter and moreover that the counter person states it must been Confusion as posted.I just don't know what on Earth "Confusion" come from.

Had a great experience today shopping with and for my wife. Her body has changed a bit since having our first child, and she has been a bit self-conscious about it. We needed to update her wardrobe nonetheless. Paola was very friendly and helpful in the dressing room with her and Morgan truly went above and beyond. She took me around the store asking questions and essentially curated 4-5 different outfits. My wife loved most everything that Morgan brought, and we left the store with most of it. After a less than ideal experience at a previous store, this attention and thoughtfulness really made her day. First time shoppers at the Loft and a retail experience like this assured that it will not be our last. Thank you!
