Going to take a moment to commend Lowe’s and particularly this store. I’ve been pleasantly surprised by the merchandise, staff, service and now I need to give a big kudos to the team for the Memorial Day presentation in the parking lot. So tastefully executed. If you have not seen it yet you should swing by. It does a great job of honoring those who paid the ultimate price….WELL DONE LOWES!!!!

Came in with a cabinet door to get color matched to get paint. The lady at the paint area was horribly rude. We were asked if it was a countertop we brought in and we told her no this is a door… then we were asked if we wanted satin or flat we said we just wanted it to match the door. She said “that’s not what I asked you”. We grabbed our cabinet door and left because that’s no way to talk to another person. When we told her never mind we will go somewhere else she said “okay fine have a great day”. Lowe’s has always been super helpful in my projects I do around my house. If this is how Lowe’s lets their employees talk to customers I will take my business to Home Depot.

Went for the garden center and it was full of color. One employee was just wonderful. Her name was Kismet and she was so helpful and nice.

We were not satisfied with the service nor the extra charges for the installation! We have had several items installed and haven't had a problem with any of them.

I was looking for a small screwdriver to open my garage door opener. Chris showed me where and he checked on me. Then he not only showed me where the batteries were, he replaced them for me! Nicest man and great, above and beyond customer service! Thanks again Chris!!

If I could give zero stars, I would.
I ordered a new front door, went through the entire process, paid in full, and was given an installation date. On the original installation day, they postponed due to storms—which I understood. But instead of promptly rescheduling, I was pushed out another week. Again, they postponed due to forecasted storms, even though my area was clear.
They promised all materials would be picked up the day before the new installation. I was scheduled for first thing this morning. Then I got a text from the installer asking to come later in the day. I said no—I had arranged my entire schedule around a morning appointment. They said they would still come at the agreed time. Later, I got a call saying the installer didn’t have all the materials and would come in the afternoon. No one would be home then, so I canceled the order and asked for a refund.
They lied about having the materials ready. Completely unprofessional. Beware before doing business with them.
