This location they are thieves. Went to their store charged 499$ for a phone on promotion that another location with 0$. They would convince you to get a phone on promo for a price of their choice. When you say no they asked how much can you pay. That was a red flag i left

Understaffed. I went to switch my service to a new phone. After waiting 20 minutes the visiting staff tried unsuccessfully to log onto the Wi-Fi network for 5 minutes. When the guy behind me became impatient and asked to pay his bill I offered to step out for two minutes so they could serve him. When I went back in the clerk who had been helping me was helping someone else while the other clerk was FaceTiming technical support in the corner. I was not acknowledged or spoken to when asked if I could have my phone back without completing the service change. AT&T sounds like a better provider now. We had a long run Metro-PCS but that’s gonna be it, ciao!

I had good experience before in 2017. So I came back again but none of the good people I met in 2017 are still here. The new people charge me $110 more than Metro's advertised price without even giving me a receipt. I would never visit this store again. Please do yourself a favor and don't come here. There are other metro stores that may be more honest.
