Not good at representing what they are selling and what they are not. Went to store today to get shoes and apparently no shoes were to be sold because they were doing inventory. If that the case at least let your customers know when they walk in or out a sign so that there is an option of other stores.

It was my worker experience ever. It took the ladies a good 10 min to understand that I have two separate return. One online one in store. The store manager Mary was very impatient when I was trying to get my digital card for return. They didn’t accept my order number for return and Mary called me MEAn when I got frustrated. This store looks fancy but you will have your worst experience ever I spend 30 min for a simple return . Not to mention they asked me to have the actual box for return and I had to go back to my car to bring the box. I understand the policy might be different from other stores but being called mean is NOT acceptable

A lot of employees but none of them have customers service skills, no welcoming nor greeting, walked the whole store not a single employee offered any help, once I got to the register, cashier asked if anyone helped me, I replied NO!!! And a lady next to me was asked the same question she also replied no not really they just stare at me but nobody helped. I wasn't the only one who felt this way.

Great MK location, been shopping here for years, my associate is Rose and she is amazing! I went in for NYE shoes and she is always so helpful, kind, personable and always knows what I want/need. Suggested a pair of gorgeous orange heeled mules that I found in clearance, she said she owned a pair and they were so comfortable. She was so right! Ask for her, she is always on point!
