I came in looking for some crafting alternatives in light of my local joanns closing and was deeply disappointed in this locations variety of products. More so in its employees at front checkout. I was immediately directed to self checkout the second I walked up without any hello or greeting, they talked to each other as if I did not exist, openly talking about a customer's balloon order being ridiculous, and when I had an issue with my checkout due to the clearance on my items not ringing up correctly they deliberately ignored the checkout blinking for assistance and my attempts to get their attention. I must not have been the only one who was ignored as the other self checkouts had unpaid for items still on their screen and unable to be removed. I left without anything because why would I spend money where the crafts are overpriced, limited, and the staff can only act you're a burden to their time to collect a check.

Came in looking for something specific and the girl at the counter gave me wrong information...didn't even have the right floor. Then, when I went to check out, I asked how to connect my rewards account to my Michael's account because I had rewards I wanted to use. She couldn't tell me how to find my rewards OR how to link to my account. She just stood there watching me try to figure it out and didn't offer a lick of help, or go get someone else who could help. Train your staff!!! The last time I was in, I couldn't find a single employee to help me find something on the lower floor. These are some of the reasons I almost always choose Hobby Lobby over Michaels.

They did not have that much for airbrushing paint supplies at this location. But they had some testors paint.
