I’ve been a customer at Midas for the past 5 years, and I really appreciate that it’s a family-run business that takes pride in their work. Today, I brought in my car for a transmission fluid flush after a warning code popped up. Another transmission shop quoted me nearly a grand to fix it, but I had a feeling the fluid just needed to be changed since it hadn’t been done in a while. Sure enough, Midas took care of it and let me know the old fluid was pitch black and only about half a quart came out—when it should’ve been 3–4 quarts. After the flush, the car drove noticeably better with no more lag. I really value their honesty, transparency, and the way they take time to explain the issue. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a shop they can trust.

DO NOT BUY parts from this shop, buy it from Autozone and ask them to install, they charged me 655$ for parts. I check it in Autozone it was 230$!

Came in for an inspection. There was 1 vehicle in front of me and I was out the door about 25 minutes later. First time here and I will definitely be back!

I called several shops looking for a great price for new brakes. The customer service at the Allen Midas is what brought me here. I needed brakes, but I also value great service. This shop has both: great prices and great people. Costumer service is not dead!

I would not go here if you are a woman, they will try to upcharge you. They disappoint every single time 🙃
EDIT- They replied and said I “have never been there”. Which is so ironic and proves my point as they do not respect women because I spent somewhere around $5000 at this location over 4 years from 2019-2022. Shea is my middle name. That’s why you don’t have a record of it, my last name is smith and my dads name is scott. We both have found new shops after many years of loyal patronage. They tried charging 19 year old me $1400 (in 2022) to replace my brakes and other random things I DIDNT NEED. I got it done by a friend for $200. They would constantly try to scam teenage me when my father wasn’t present. It’s funny how the first response from the owner was trying to invalidate me, seriously proves my point. Women, DONT GO HERE!
