The owner was very kind and professional when scheduling, and the workers arrived on time and completed the duct cleaning as promised. However, immediately after the job, our AC blower motor stopped working. Since we recently purchased this property and had all units thoroughly inspected with no prior concerns, we can’t help but question whether this was a coincidence or possibly related to the cleaning.
When we contacted the company owner, the workers came back to check but insisted this wasn’t connected to their work. It took multiple texts and calls from both me and my husband before the owner responded several hours later with no explanation of the possible cause. His text was only the name of a local HVAC company. While I was initially impressed, I was ultimately disappointed in the lack of timely communication and accountability.
Edit- our HVAC guy just left. All that needed to be done after the duct cleaning was a recalibration of the unit. The HVAC guy stated this is something simple that should be a common practice after duct cleaning. He also stated when the guys returned- they should have been able to correct this easily. Sadly- we had to pay for the recalibration.
