Service was pathetic and miserable.I've long backed this modest business.I have used them to send packages overseas and recommend them in an effort to support my local store, but they treated me like rubbish.I went to print documents and the incompetent, unprofessional ladies struggled to print, they made experimental suggestions, and I refused the outcome of the printed document, but they charged me extra for their mistakes. Unfortunately, the lady who always helps me was not in today, so they lost a client and many more, since they mistreated me ,I will utilise the power of a pen to get even with them.

I brought a lot of breakable, delicate items to them, to be packed and shipped. They gladly packed it up carefully and quickly. They were friendly and kind, and I did not feel like an imposition, even though they were very busy (this was not the experience I had elsewhere!). I believe it was the owner who said, "We take pride in our work." It really shows, and I will be back!

It appears that there may be a discrepancy between the fees charged by this business for notary services and those established by the Secretary of State. If you have utilized their notary services, I recommend that you contact the Secretary of State to file a formal complaint, providing any relevant documentation to support your claims. Additionally, you may request a copy of the notary documents that they are required to maintain in their notary books. The owner's assertion that they adhere to the guidelines set forth by the Secretary of State and the National Notary Association (NNA) is inaccurate. I encourage you to verify this information independently and observe that their practices deviate from the Secretary of State's policies and pricing structure.
(Added after the owner responded to my review)
Yes, I was fully aware of the subject matter I was discussing. No, your pricing practices do not align with your stated rates. Your company has consistently charged $10.00 per stamp. A signature and stamp are one and the same; you must stamp the document and sign and date next to the stamp.
If you are going to charge a fee, the law requires you to keep the fee schedule posted at all times in a prominent location where your notary clients can easily see it.
You have clearly mentioned that the fees are not displayed where clients can view them at all times. If a client wishes to see the fees, they must request to do so.
May I suggest you take some time to learn how notaries operate and familiarize yourself with our established policies and procedures.
Of course you're not going to find Wallace in your notary books because Wallace is my Alias ?️♂️ #SecretIdentity #AliasLife
Additionally, you mentioned that if I presented receipts, supporting documentation, and my identification that corresponds with the information in your notary log, and demonstrated that you have been charging clients incorrectly, you would issue a refund despite the "no refunds" policy stated on the receipt. Could this be interpreted as an admission of liability?

Extremely rude service! I called to inquire about renting mailboxes, one for my business, and one for personal use, and before I was finished with my sentence, someone different was handed the phone. So I had to explain what I was looking for all over again. And that person kept cutting me off and talking over me. No thank you!
EDIT: And the passive aggressive response from the so called owner, is even more alarming!!! Your employees are a direct reflection of you!
Like I said… NO THANKS!!! Just Do better

I’m a small business owner but also do a lot of quick shipping of documents. Mr. Parcel is quick, convenient & are so nice. They are so helpful every time I go in. I avoid the actual post office at all costs. Mr. Parcel is a game changer. Thank you!

Don't let this happen to you in Allen!
I dropped off two packages using the ubiquitous labels sent by vendors for return shipping via Fed Ex. One was for a Verizon phone that was being returned the other for a $90.00 sprayer going back to Ryobi for repair.
Couple of days later, I received confirmation that the phone arrived but after 10+ days, I now fear the Ryobi tool went missing. When I dropped of these two parcels, the young lady did not give me a receipt (my fault, she was up to her eyes in packages and I had never had a problem before so I addressed her and left the shipments on her counter). Now, after multiple calls and more than an hour on hold with Ryobi, all evidence pointed back to this location as not having shipped my tool.
Yesterday I met with this young lady and she shared that their new Fed Ex driver didn't scan the outgoing parcels for a few days on or around Good Friday. Lucky Me!!!
Bottom line, I'm out almost 100 bucks, the Mr Parcel location says, it is on Fed Ex, and I say even if someone in a service position is hammered, stand in the que and wait for a scan.
