My husband and I have been here twice. First time we came and picked up. The service was quick and the pizza and wings were great! The second time we did a dine in. We waited an hour to be served our pizza while watching multiple customers who order after us get their meals within a timely manner. One family came in after us, ate and left while we were still waiting for our pizzas.I still maintain that the food is amazing, unfortunately service and communication could be prioritized in a better manner. If we come back it'll be for pickup only.

? sauce was very lite for my taste but it may be a NY thing. The counter service was poor. I was not going to be charged any money until I insisted I had not prepaid and then it had to be verified. BUSINESS OWNER: The business could have lost $60-70.The 24 inçh pizza was impressively large. The back of the boxes have a target printed on them.I made a phone order and arrived early to make sure it would be ready on time, even if the pizzas started their queue upon my arrival, but the order was still rather late. I asked for the wifi password but was told there was no wifi while my phone said there was wifi. Why have a wifi named after the business but not acknowledge it to customers?Parking: We found a parking spot without a problem but there were only a few vacant spots available while the business had only 3-4 customers at the time.

I ordered 2 pizzas and a meatball sandwich. Delivery was quick, but the bottom of both pizzas was burned. I called back to get a replacement pizza and was told to bring the pizzas to the restaurant. Once I brought the order to the restaurant, the owner said that's there's nothing wrong and he would not replace the pizzas. I asked for a refund, and after waiting for 20 minutes, the owner finally refunded the order. In summary, the owner was extremely rude about the order being over cooked and made getting the refund more difficult than it needed to be. Just know that if you order from here and something is wrong with it your probably S.O.L.

We visited this place for the first time and it was amazing ... the pizza is incredible and crunchy... the people who work there are the sweetest.. the pizza took 25 mins to come out and the person who was working in the front gave us 2 extra slices of pizza for free ... overall its a best spot to have some pizzas . Definitely coming back ..

Good pizza and I don't say this lightly but not worth $11 per slice.

Do not come here. We came here, ate pizza and had our car towed. FYI, the owner of the pizza joint is in cahoots with the towing company . They are CROOKS!!!

We stopped in to eat because it was convenient to the outlet mall. The food was good; however, while we were there we noticed two people (one was presumably the owner or manager) sitting out front calling tow trucks and having cars towed for people who went to businesses other than his. This is a commercial area with strip malls and multiple businesses. His restaurant was not busy, yet he kept calling to have cars towed. We saw two different groups of people looking for their cars. The owner/manager just sat out front and pretended to be oblivious while they were visibly upset about their cars being gone. I imagine they may of thought their car had been stolen. While watching this event unfold from inside the restaurant, he never bothered to let any of them know he had their cars towed, so we let them know. In my opinion It seemed wrong to do that to people and to discourage patrons from other businesses in the area, especially since we wouldn’t have even been at his restaurant if the outlet malls weren’t there. I’m sure he gets a fair amount of business from people shopping at the outlet mall…so why be like that?
