At my daughters old school they would call me every other day because she would get frustrated and start banging her head on things because her teachers weren’t catering to her and figuring out how to communicate with her and what she was needing, but ever since she started going to BBMA I haven’t received one phone call and my daughter never bangs her head anymore. She’s learned how to communicate pretty effectively and doesn’t get as easily frustrated as she used to. And I am so thankful for that.

BBMA has a very welcoming atmosphere, and I feel that my child receives a wonderful education and is cared for. My child loves going to school and loves his teachers!

Everyone at BBMA Allen has been incredibly caring and attentive, always making sure my child feels comfortable and happy. The environment is warm, welcoming, and clean, and I can tell they go the extra mile to create fun and educational activities. I love the open communication and how they keep me updated on my child’s progress and daily activities. It’s a relief to know my little one is in such great hands. Highly recommend this daycare to any parent looking for a safe and nurturing place for their child!

I’m legit trying to keep my cool cuz the energy around my experience here is even too negative for me to describe. I’ll wait for y’all’s response to determine if I’d be describing in details with receipts! But where the safety of a child is not guaranteed, I’m yet to find a parent that would be willing to leave that child with you. Most especially when they claim camera recordings (that’s a requirement by the state board) disappear all of a sudden. Very obvious y’all have a lot to hide in this case, most especially, considering I read a review where you all claim (in response to a review) that you watched the videos to determine you had smiled at the ladies when they walked in. I’m over here like wow! so you do have these recordings. Whoever hurt my son in your school, that you feel compelled to hide, would be uncovered! You all have kids too, and treating other people’s kids like this is unacceptable! Zero accountability, zero apologies!
Like I said, I’m waiting for you to debunk this, so we can provide details. Very disappointing! I do not like to write reviews with schools cuz it’s sensitive as it’s about kids, but this one is one of a kind - in the negative of course.

I went into this school to tour for my daughter to potentially join. My sister and I walked in to find the “director”, “assistant director”, and “curriculum coordinator” sitting at the front with very dismissive demeanors and giving us looks as if wondering why we were there. We walked in and they just stared at us without saying a single word from the moment we stepped in through the door nor through the entire duration it took to walk to the desk. I had to be the one to be like, “Uhm.. hi?” And even then they didn’t seem to want to give the time of day. I can’t speak on the education, child care, nor facility because I made the decision right away not to tour. Based off that interaction alone, told me everything I needed to know. I don’t usually leave google reviews, because I try not to read too much into experiences good nor bad but felt compelled to do so because this is a school, that’s supposed to take care of children under the trust of parents. And how would someone build that trust with that type of behavior and maybe judgement coming from the front desk.

My grandchildren attend this school. My 2 year old grandson knows all letters and numbers on site.. this is no small task.. amazing. This is the school to get your babies into...b

Within the last year we moved both of our kids from another daycare to OBS. We went from my son not wanting to go to daycare in the morning, to him being excited to go to school. They have ample amounts of outdoor space, an indoor gym area, specialty classes, and amazing teachers. The teachers are the best part! Low staff turnover. My son also has speech issues, but immediately we noticed he was talking a lot more after attending OBS. They allow speech therapy to come to the school. They feed the children well and always have an abundance of activities to keep them busy. We will be enrolling our new infant there this summer.

As a parent- the very first day I picked my kids up from OBS they were super happy & excited to go back. Love to see how committed their teachers are to teaching & loving on them.As an employee- so thankful to have found a job full of awesome co workers who come in everyday with positive attitudes & thankful for our bosses who do what they can for each in everyone of us.We love OBS!!!

I adore this school! I am a teacher in the infant classrooms. I switched from a school district to work here. The teachers and staff are amazing! The teachers love each child there as if they were their own child. I have never worked anywhere in my 30 + years of childcare that I love this much and would highly recommend to any parent. If my babies were still little I would definitely trust anyone at Oakbrook Allen to care for them just as I would

This school is terrible and the staff are very inconsiderate, nonchalant, unprofessional, and liars. Michele and Rachel are the biggest liars. Beth she always appears to be clueless about everything! My child attended there school for 1 year. June 23, 2022 to June 22, 2023.The day before his birthday, Rachel decided to remove my son from their school and discontinue care because I was advocating for my son in a professional manner about the care of service their school was providing. Also, they did not want to celebrate my son's birthday, they delayed his invitations being uploaded to procare so that his friends could attend, when they did upload his invitation, it was very unprofessional, whereas the other children received proper uploads. (I will include photos below). Not to mention, I repeatedly asked how many children were in the class and how do I send in his invitation for an upload? Never received a response. Again, I have the proof. I cannot make any of this up. The day of my son's birthday I was scheduled to bring cupcakes, they sent out a message the day before saying that the children would be cooking with a chef and they would have cupcakes. However, my son's birthday was never celebrated there because he was intentionally and purposely removed from their school. I have all of my emails and other form of communication to serve as proof! My child was shoved into a table with great force by another hyperactive student who was always hitting and karate chopping other students. They staff lied about the incident and did not tell the full truth about what happened. 1 month later my son started recalling the incident and told me a child push him into the table and hurt his head. I spoke with Rachel, inquired about the situation, and asked to review the footage. Indeed, a child forcefully shove my son into the table, while Diana and Catherine stood off nearly to the back of the classroom having a conversation. When the incident happened neither teacher moved in the direction of the incident as though nothing happened. My son has a permanent scar on his forehead now. They have lied about administrating my son meds to him, his last day there he had a bust lip that was unexplained. There is so much more I could right a book. Not too mention they lied about accepting CCA because they did not want us in their school to begin with! I would not recommend this school to a dog! The school may remove this review because it's too much of the truth and they want to represented as an A school with 5 stars! They cannot speak bad about my child because he's well mannered and highly intelligent that he moved to the 3 year old class at the age of 2. Lastly, Diana stated that my son was the only child in her class who would have full conversation with adults! Was that a problem?

I started my niece and nephew at this school without hesitation when I met the front office ladies they are really fantastic they treat everyone like family every day you walk in they are so friendly and caring the teachers are fantastic if I could give any advice to anyone who is fearful of daycares give this place a call it’s life changing they really care

My two kids attend OBS, and it's been the biggest blessing to our family! They're thriving - getting good age appropriate skills, correction, encouragement... I couldn't ask for more. My kids go hug all their teachers - current and past - every time we try to leave the building. It's a pretty special place! In addition, they bring through optional extracurricular activities so without having to drive my kids to soccer practice or dance lessons during the week, they get to do it during their "school" day. Such a time and effort saver! Great place to be.

We love Oak Brook School!! I have had a daughter in full-time daycare over the last year and all four of my children aged 2 to 8 in full-day summer camp 2023. Not only were they extremely well taken care of, loved, and fed -- they had so much FUN! The educational program at the school is top notch, and I feel like my 2-year-old is now ahead developmentally. The teachers and staff are kind, attentive, and loving, and we consider them all like family. During summer camp, there were so many planned fun activities, field trips, splash days, and special visitors (anything from petting zoos and superheroes to gaming, sno cone, and bubble trucks) - it was a truly cool and unique experience for my kids. I wish I could go to summer camp at Oak Brook School! They have already all begged to go back next summer. I cannot recommend Oak Brook School enough!
