Exceptional customer service from staff to management made me feel welcome and answered any questions I had regarding my purchase.. highly recommend!! I travel specifically to this location because of the staff.. had an incident at north park location that made me never want to go back there. But thanks to this wonderful team they have a customer for life!!!! Thank you for raising the bar and giving me a great experience!!

We had such an amazing experience at Oakley, all thanks to Jesus (675679)! We stopped in one evening and tried on what felt like a dozen pairs of sunglasses, going back and forth on what we liked best. Jesus was so patient and knowledgeable - he took the time to explain every style, fit, and feature without ever making us feel rushed.
We went home to think it over and came back the next day to make our purchase, and we were so glad Jesus was there to help again. Associates like him are rare these days - you can truly tell he cares about his customers and loves what he does. He made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish.
Highly recommend asking for Jesus (675679) if you visit - he’s the best!

Stopped by to look for sunnies for Italy trip. Was greeted by a young lady with the biggest beautiful smile, Jessica. I looked at a few pair and asked her about AI glasses. She showed me everything available and explained the differences. Then Jessica, demonstrated Meta AI. Picked the frame with polarized lenses. Helped me setup my new sunglasses step by step. So happy, they're perfect for my honeymoon. Looked around a grabbed one of Oakley's new heavy hoodie. Tysm Jessica!

Great staff. Already friendly and accommodating. I thought the pricing would be better at the outlet store for sunglasses but they are the same as any other Oakley retail / mall store. Clothing and bags may be slightly less with sales and other discounts. Still a very good store!

I had a great experience at this location. Jessica the manager of the store was the one to assist me with ordering new prescription eyeglasses and sunglasses. She was extremely knowledgeable about the products and very friendly throughout the process from start to finish without any pressure for a fairly expensive purchase. I had not originally intended to purchase anything today but she did a great job of explaining different options and choices with the styles I liked. Overall the customer service experience was excellent and I am happy that I stopped by the store today.
