when i was checking out i waiting around 5-8min because there was a lady infront of me that wanted to add more items so she went to the back to choose more and the cashier made me wait till she got back and when it was my turn she told me one of the items i picked wasn't apart of their sale even though it was placed in the back with the sale items so she said i could pick something else but when i turned around she took the next person in line and put my stuff away before i could even pick out another item. i'm not sure if it's because i'm asain but the lady that was waiting infront of my was african american and so was the cashier, it pretty upsetting that i had to wait to check out because the lady infront of me wanted to add more items but when i went to pick an item just like that lady i was disregarded and my items were put back before i could even choose another. all the other workers were very sweet though, but the cashier left a bad impression on me.

The dressing rooms were locked after we made a very long drive to get there. There was security allowing so many people in the store at a time. I found it all ridiculous and wish my kid didn’t like their jeans.

We got to the store at 7:30 and while we were looking at the clothes the time we finished was 8:00 and we were going to fitting the clothes and we couldn’t.In that case they should close early if it’s not going to be able to fit in, to be prepared it’s not possible to.

RUDE employees!! Girl working today wouldn’t get off her phone long enough to help us. When we asked her for a dressing room she rolled her eyes and was VERY unprofessional. We continued to be kind because everyone has a bad day but had to walk out. Sounds like from past reviews yall need new employees.

The way they price the deals are in a way where you have to pay more than you need to, I recommend buying at a different pacsun.

JUBEE WAS AMAZING!
Originally my experience was a 1 star due to the fact that I was told that everything in the store was buy 1 get 1 half off only to find out after I paid that it wasn’t. Also, the guy checking me out left a security tag on my clothing and there were yellow ink stains from the security tag that got all over my new clothes I had just bought that I didn’t see until I got home. BOTH of the clothing items that had gotten stained were the last ones they had in my size so I was pretty upset. BUT when I came back the following day to return it Jubee took AMAZING care of me! She was the absolute sweetest and went out of her way to make sure that I left the store happy! She has only been there for a month if I remember correctly and she was MILES ahead of any of the other workers I dealt with. Just one month of being there yet the other workers were coming up to her for every issue they had like she had been there for years! Despite the chaos that day she handled everything so well and had such a fantastic attitude! She deserves a raise and a promotion to manager for sure! I’m sure it’d help turn these reviews around lol!

Most of the employees have an attitude problem here you guys need to train your employees harder and make sure they smile to customers instead of yelling.

No employees around if you can find one it’ll come with attitude. Super rude employees plus the store is not organized at all. They don’t even bother come to help they prefer yelling from the middle of the store.

I was sent to do a return for my wife. I had the shoes the Box the receipt it was an online order return. She was unable to she's been in the hospital with Progressive multiple sclerosis massive infection after her chemotherapy. The first time I went in to make the return I was told by the manager Trey without the card and no return. Had a lot on my plate wife in the hospital Etc running my own business. The other lady that was behind the counter Elise she was new. She said come back and see me and I'll be able to help you out. She said that was ridiculous. I came back about 3 weeks later now Elise been there for a while now. She remembered my face she remembered the situation and explained to me when you enter it back into the system your card automatically comes up and it automatically goes back onto your card you don't need the car to be present. The way I see that was the manager Trey wanted to be an inconvenience to the customer. Or didn't know how to do a return. Or let's just put it out there on the table he don't like white people. no don't misunderstand me my wife is Middle Eastern I'm Italian Irish. My experience with Elyse was five*****...star. she should be the manager she's a wonderful smiling compassionate caring individual. Reminds me of my daughter.
Tre needs a reality check. needs to be fired if he worked for me he would have been fired yesterday this is unacceptable for your customers. That's blatant hate.

WOW just WOW!
Horrible customer service by Trey "Store Manager" not even sure why he is given this title. Everyone in this store is rude and I can simply tell that the employees are unhappy which reflects on the customer. This is clearly because the "Team Leader" is not supportive of his team and does not care about his role in the store. There is so much potential in this store as far as how many sales it COULD be making and seeing as a customer how much traffic this mall sees. It is losing not one but numerous amounts of customers. There is no way that this store should be managed by this Employee.
