Very friendly and honest staff! They helped me decide what tanning solution worked for my short term needs (3 spray tan package) and weren’t too pushy about the different memberships and add ons. The spray tans have worked out great for me this summer for events and vacations!Also, I left behind some valuable jewelry because I was in a rush, and they immediately found it and held on to it for me without me even telling them (took me half a day to realize I left it behind ??♀️).

There is a lack of understanding with staff on how to communicate what the terms or conditions of services are and what you agree to when becoming a member. I had issues with being told incorrect information about pausing my membership and restarting with tan credits as well as being told wrong information about cancelling the membership. Every associate I spoke to told me something different in regards to my membership.Update 4/26/23April payment still hasn’t been refunded to me and now I’m being given the run around that the local branch cannot issue any kinds of refund. This business is a scam.

They close at 9. I get there at 8:45pm (this is the SECOND TIME this has happened to me at this location mind you), and two girls that work there tell me once again that the spray tan machine is down. So I say, “okay we’ll can I use the Versa?” And the one girl Wendy I think her name is was going to let me use it until she discussed with the younger girl that turned me away last time because she wanted to close early and she comes back and tells me that the Versa machine is also coincidentally down. Yeah right. This is completely unprofessional and so rude because I drove out of my way to come here to get a tan before my vacation. I would have been 5 minutes. Why do I pay a monthly membership when I can’t even receive services that I pay for? Corporate seriously needs to do some serious re-con on who they’re hiring at their locations and need to monitor staffers a lot more closely because this is insane. Going to look into other tanning salons because I’ve pretty much had it with palm beach at this point. Drove an additional 25 minutes to the McKinney location and I will say, that location is amazing and the staff was super friendly and helpful and they close at a normal tanning closing hour 10 pm. During covid had a hard time canceling my membership. They are tricky so be very aware on what’s coming out of your account. Canceled my membership today and they told me that they are going to charge me for another month in a few days but I can not use the beds for the month I am getting charged for. They just straight up rip you off. Also their spam emails are horrible. I unsubscribed at least 5 times and I still get those spam emails.Service: Tanning

Though the facility has what I want & is very close by to where I live, the customer service here is really dreadful & sad... there is one specific front desk manager (I believe) who never smiles, never says hello, usually always not at the desk when customers walk in... takes more than 5 mins to finally come up, without even apologizing or acknowledging the customer has been waiting for her... absolutely no friendliness whatsoever from this person. This is literally the job. AND almost every time I go, they're always out of the color I want to use for the Versa. Spending $100 a month to not be able to get what I want is a little ridiculous & unacceptable. Someone needs to really dig into pepping this location into shape & being in stock of items that are popular (if it's possible - I understand items can be on back order and what not but this particular color is always out it seems).Service: Tanning

This location was wonderful! Alisha was so polite and knowledgeable. Unfortunately she had to deal with a very rude customer while I was waiting. Alisha kept her composure and handled it like a pro never losing her cool and remaining kind. Thank you Alisha I will be coming back to this location in the future because of you.

This place is clean and has great beds (although some of the bulbs need to be replaced, especially the Diamond level Bed in room 16, it's been showing E in their system for a while now). It also has a great front of house staff…specifically McKenna is very professional and friendly (just found out she was from the Plano store only filling in here... bummer)… this one star review is because when you pay a monthly fee you expect a place to be open when they say they are. I don't think that's too much to ask. They closed last night before 8pm (Monday April 25th) and as of this morning (Tuesday April 26th) they are still closed. If you look at previous reviews, this location seems to have a pattern of this. I will update my review if this situation is corrected long term. I purchased the Diamond package the 5th of May. The lady charged me for a 100 dollar bottle of lotion that I did not request. I told her about it and wanted my BANK account credited for her mistake. Here it is the 15th of May and no results. I have asked for the manager to call me and again no response. I will cancel my package this coming week. Poor customer service.

Today this location was short on stuff and Kaylee was by herself, she handled so many people professionally. She never stopped under so much pressure and stress! I know her from the Plano location and she is always extra nice and sweet! I wish all employees of Palm Beach Tan would be that nice! Each time I come here I swear to myself I’m not coming back to this location. I understand being shorthanded but this location is busy and I ALWAYS shorthanded. The girl was super nice and doing her best but with zero help you end up waiting a while to tan. So with people ahead of me then waiting on beds to be cleaned it was close to 20 minutes to even get into a room. Also I think bulbs are not changed regularlyService: Tanning

I’ve been to this location twice now. I’ve was disappointed both times. It was someone different on each occasion. I wasn’t greeted when I entered either time, and then it was almost like I was bothering the person at the counter that I was even there. Then to top it all off… When I got into the tanning bed the top acrylics of the bed were DIRTY!! BOTH TIMES. I was in a different bed each time too. This is just unsanitary and disappointing.
