I can not/will not recommend this hair salon. I went in for a trim recently and came out with my hair 4-5" shorter and a totally different hairstyle that will take at least 3 months to recover from. My hair now looks as though it was cut by a yard trimmer. I asked for a trim and overall shape up, not at all what I received. Since I was asked no further questions, I assumed my request was understood. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else. When questioned as to the owners definition of a trim, the reply was, "I thought you wanted it shorter"... Unbelieveable!!!! I only gave it one star because it wouldn't allow me not to give it any stars. Don't waste your time, money, or allow your hair to be butchered.

Patsy does hair in some of the old fashioned ways including teasing, which pretty much none of the younger stylists can do. For someone like me who has thinning fine hair, teasing is essential. I'll be happy to return to Patsy's any time in visiting my sister.
