I have been coming to this group for almost a decade since they were located in McKinney under a different name. They do an amazing job in a whole other level than most nail salons. My family all comes to them and has continued to follow them to their Allen location as Perfect 10 nails. Their loyal following requires that you call ahead and make an appointment which is absolutely worth reserving your spot. Over the years I have had many different styles of nails done from long acrylic nails to short dip nails which has become my favorite. The quality is always so excellent that it allows me to go longer between appointments when necessary without worrying about breaking. I do hair so my nails get a lot of wear and tear but regardless always look nice and stay protected and looking professional. I highly recommend the team at Perfect 10 nails for anyone who is seeking a home nail salon and wanting consistency in the excellent quality of their nail design. Thank you Perfect 10 for being a trustworthy establishment my family can come to for our nail care needs. ?

If you’re looking for a go to nail salon around the area I highly recommend this one ! I love the service and the professionals are so friendly and funny this is definitely going to be my salon from now on … Susan did my nails and they came out so cute and my cuticles have never felt softer … Thankyou ? also the pricing felt fair not over priced like at other salons I’ve been to close to here ?Services: Manicure

I was trying this place off of a recommendation and was reassured that I would not be treated like other salons where they talk bad about you & talk to you rudely if you ask them to correct something... Clearly I was misinformed. Apparently you have to specify here that you do not want your nails crooked. This was also dip powered on my real nails. I was polite and brought to her attn that I felt each one was starting to look slanted and maybe it was bc she was filing them so high up on the sides and it was only the left side. She was holding my hands sideways while filing so I'm sure that's why.. but the lady basically argued with me & got rude implying that it was due to me not wanting tips on. What does a longer tip have to do with filing so excessively on one side of my cuticles? After that she kept insisting that they were fine and not crooked. Then when I confirmed pricing she got an worse attitude. Then, reluctantly offered to redo them for me but said it would take yet another 20-30 min at least. I told her in the beginning I only had an hr. More than enough time for dip on my real nails. Then she blamed it on me not having time to stay, I said no I just don't feel comfortable now with the service I've received esp with you charging me full price but not being able to fix them. Plus that's WITH their advertised 20% discount? The math doesn't add up. Then she immediately snatched the electric tool and said fine I'll just remove them all if you don't pay. I said I never said I wasn't paying or wouldn't pay! I merely am paying you for a service and receiving nothing but attitude and blame shifting when I ask to correct one thing that's very obvious. After was argued with further & gruffly told to go wash, then said thank you as walked away while I was still speaking to her- so no I did not agree with this being a fair service provided & felt very disrespected. Might I add she also stopped in between working on my stuff to go say good bye/pay out what was clearly a regular. I definitely felt I was treated less than for sure with this experience.. being my first time here it was definitely not what I'd like to give my hard earned money to. This is the one thing I do to treat myself & I will not contribute to their income with treating me so unprofessionally.

Been coming to this salon for 2 years and never had an issue until the chunky one, Julie started making prices up off of the top of her head. I get dipped nails done by one of the sweet ladies there and am always charged $55. This past weekend, I got the same exact set I always do and they tried charging $65…. After asking why Julie snapped and started lying about how I’ve always been charged $65 and after I said I have previous receipts to prove that was a lie and changed the reason to “you got them longer than usual” or “you used a different tip” LIKE???????? I have pictures of every set I have done do prove that it wasn’t true. She was unbelievably rude and argumentative. Worst service ever after she called me a liar lol. Don’t come here cause they don’t have a set price list, they charge you based off of how they’re feeling that day.

I just left this nail spa. I am a totally understanding person so I understand when places are booked. What I do not appreciate is whe. I come in and you say pick a color and have me sitting for 10 mins and then come and tell me you are booked for the day and can't the me.
