Shopped here today for a suit for my son. Julie (store manager) was extremely helpful. She helped us find the right sizes, colors, and everything. Their prices and quality are fantastic. We’re getting in front of HoCo season while there’s still plenty of selection. Highly recommend!

Walked in no greeting. Walked past two associates, no acknowledgement. A third walked right past me. Walked out no goodbye. Everyone else who came in was greeted. I guess they determined I wasn't their clientele though I've spent thousands at this store. Sad.

Visited on 06/18/25 10:20 AM… only one person was working and she did not acknowledge me. She was on the phone (wireless headphones). Very disappointed because I shop here often, coming in from Dallas. With her attitude, I’ll just look for Perry Ellis at TJ Maxx. Same clothes, cheaper prices.

the workers are very racist for no reason. I was trying things on and was ready to buy them but the worker threw my items on the ground in front of me when all i asked was to unlock the fitting room to try things on. The sales associates here definitely need an updated training on professionalism and common decency.

The Lady was very rude. We just asked her to open the fitting room and she started throwing clothes like she was mad or angry :(

STAY AWAY from this company.
I returned items bought online to their location for almost $200 worth of goods and the cashier explained to me they didn’t give any proof of return.
When I asked for proof she was condescending explaining it was the way they were doing it. I ended up taking pictures of the clothes and their terminal.
END RESULTS: after contacting the store manager and the company nobody ever heard of my return. I am now 3 months in and I am about to get my money back because I had to dispute the charges. That is how I get my money back after a return.

Pretty bad attitude when I returned something they insisted it was only 30 days when I was clearly showing them the receipt. Just take the time to read like I did and avoid uncomfortable moments.

Last place to go for shopping.. horrible customer service and bad attitude. The store manager was rude to the customers… no wonder they are in the verge of closing the store!.

We recently visited this store for the first time. While the collection was limited, we discovered unique pieces. Surprisingly, there were two fitting rooms available, but the staff only allowed us to use one. Their reason was that they were the sole staff member on duty that evening and couldn’t monitor both fitting rooms. It struck us as rather unusual. We found other customers as well waiting for the fitting rooms.

My recent experience at this store was nothing short of a nightmare. Not only I was the customer service abysmal, but I was also subjected to unwarranted yelling. Despite have few customers in the store, they shouted at me for trying on three suits. The lack of professionalism and courtesy was appalling. Adding insult to injury, when it came time to bag my purchase, the lady Devika didn't provide a suit bag, instead handing me a regular one, while the person beside me received proper packaging. It's evident that this establishment has no regard for customer satisfaction or basic decency. When we went back and asked lady Devika for suite bag they mentioned to get hangers so that we can pack it or else we don’t do it. I strongly advise against patronizing such a disrespectful business. Walked in, two employees in the store. I was the only customer. No greeting, no help. I turned and walked out. I actually like Perry Ellis clothing, but I guess there's a reason brick and mortars are disappearing. If I want no service, I can just go online.

Was in a rush to get a white shirt, Angel provided excellent service and went above and beyond to meet my needs. He also shared his extensive knowledge regarding certain fabrics, and provided feedback on textures. He is truly a one man show and a amazing individual.
