Tried taking my kitty to get bathed and nails trimmed a couple weeks ago at this location. Last second the groomer canceled my appointment because she “had a conference call” and there wouldn’t have been another trained groomer there until the week I was out of town. I was trying to get the appointment before I left. I ended up going to the Wylie store instead where they were much friendlier and provided me great customer service there. I won’t be making grooming appointments at this store again.

Just drive the extra few miles and go to Petco. No one here is nice nor do they care about their jobs

Love this place! The people are friendly and helpful. I wish I could add one more star for them!
My FAVORITE store though, is the one in West Plano. Everyone seems so happy to help and work there. The dudes putting out the products are always laughing about something, the animals seem happy, the manager there seems very positive and upbeat and that crazy fish girl is so knowledgeable and amazing!

They have everything I need at a great price. The vet and grooming is top notch. I've been to a few different places and having both of these great staffed services under one roof is so nice. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Went to pick up an online order and the lady named Kellie was not kind and impatient. When I asked her a question about the order her tone was as not nice. It caught me off guard because I did not have an attitude and just asked a question. Will not be going to this location again

Always a quick and easy stop. I recommend the Nulo Medal Series. Dog food advisor is a great resource.

I am beyond disappointed with the grooming experience at PetSmart. I took my 5-pound Yorkie here, expecting a safe and professional service. Instead, it was nothing short of a nightmare for my poor dog. Ever since the grooming, he has been showing severe signs of trauma. Every time we turn off the lights, he starts vomiting and shaking uncontrollably. This has NEVER happened before the visit – he was a happy, calm little pup. The stress and anxiety they caused him have turned our home into a constant worry. Whatever happened in that grooming session, it left my Yorkie in an awful state. This was supposed to be a routine grooming, not a traumatic experience. Never again will we trust PetSmart with our pet’s care.

I recently visited this PetSmart, and I was really impressed with their friendly staff. They had everything I needed for my furry friend, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Definitely a great spot for pet lovers!
