I have been to several PTs across the country and without doubt or hesitation this is the best experience and treatment I have received. From the front office to the PT assistants to the PTs themselves- everyone worked so well as a team to help me get better. I truly enjoyed going and was a bit sad to be released!

Awesome staff, great facilities and super clean always. I did 18 sessions of PT for sciatica pain. Make the most out of PT is up to you but all therapists are very knowledgeable and explain with detail. Great place for athletes. Highly recommended.

Thank you PT Concepts of Allen! You helped me to get back on my feet after my ankle surgery. Daniel, Kyle, and Madeline worked great together to speed up my recovery. Loved how you motivated me to not give up. Will miss seeing all of you❤️

These guys are great Always had someone working with me to hit my goals. Never rushed , never too busy. If the session went over that was fine. It was all about getting me where I needed to be. Would highly recommend them and Daniel was exceptional.

After shattering my heal & having reconstruction surgery, the team at PT Concepts stepped in along side me to help me through my recovery journey. I could hardly even wiggle my toes when I started (much less move my foot) & was honestly very scared & worried. The team here were all so encouraging & knew exactly what to do each visit to best help me through every step of recovery. Not only are they extremely knowledgable, but they are all so kind & caring. This is exactly what I needed! They taught me how to walk again, and will still be working with me as I continue my recovery process. I am forever grateful for this wonderful team a professionals!

Amazing crew! They’ve been super kind and supportive through out my whole experience thus far. The whole vibe is always super welcoming and fun! Which personally for someone who isn’t big on working out in general is a big motivator. I appreciate that they’re invested in your overall health, but also in getting to know their patients. They’ve made the whole process of getting me back to walking from a broken ankle so much easier through their work and through their support.

Chiro Concepts has been my go to place for many years now, the chiropractors are the best I’ve seen and best of all there great people! They take great care of their customers, and they are always looking for a way to help people out. I would rate my experience here a 10/10 and would definitely recommend to everyone! Couldn’t of asked for a better group!

All the people at PTConcepts of Allen make it a pleasure to go to my PT sessions. The front desk always has a kind greeting and they are very helpful in scheduling appointments and working with your timings. Kyle, Daniel, Corey and all the PTs are great to work with and push me while also giving plenty of encouragement. They are very knowledgeable about my injury so the variety of exercises they choose leave me feeling better than when I arrived. I am confident that with their continued help, I will be back on the pickleball courts very soon!

I want to thank LeJoy, Kyle, Daniel and Corey for helping me walk again after bunion surgery. They made me feel welcome while teaching me new exercises each session. They encouraged me to push myself and explained how their exercises would improve recovery. They are very knowledgeable and professional and fun to talk to during each visit. I look forward to seeing you again after surgery on my other foot! Your front office staff is wonderful too. Extremely professional & equally personable! Invaluably knowledgeable! Motivating & encouraging & genuinely caring! That’s Kyle!….(& all the PT’s)! Through Kyle’s expertise & diligent care, I have been receiving amazing benefits of restoration in my body that was injured in an accident. Increased alleviation of pain! Increased agility! & increased strengthening! Awesome! Therefore I have eagerly referred my family & friends to Kyle, as I believe he is a tremendous blessing & asset in his field of equipping, assisting, & facilitating recovery & restoration in the body. He always knows exactly what is needed for relief & help & strengthening! PT Concepts was vital part of my shoulder recovery. Daniel, Corey, and Kyle did an amazing job each PT session. it's amazing how much they know about physical therapy. They have mastered the art an science of their craft. The facility is state of the art. I couldn't see myself going anywhere else.

This place is crazy nice. The front desk staff is always welcoming and shows fantastic customer service. Loved the cryo and Dr. Daniel took me through some cupping after my chiro session. Had me feeling fantastic. 10/10 recommend.
