They know their stuff. I've been using a lawn treatment service for a while, and they come 10x a year. The $$ adds up, so stopped by Puckett's and they got me sorted as to what stuff I needed to lay down on my grass to get rid of weeds. If you need an expert opinion, come here, stay away from the big box stores. They keep brands you haven't heard of, but big brand names don't always mean the best. Ask one of the pros at Pucketts.

Been a customer for the last three years and Puckett’s is the place to go! We’ve gotten trees planted, shrubs, hanging plants and decor that is always top notch.

I was visiting Texas from Wisconsin so I couldn't take much back sadly. But what a great place to stop in and check out. Quality! And what great customer service. A very knowledgeable helpful staff. I found their prices very reasonable for great looking plants.

Don't let the seemingly small outside appearance of this place fool you. They have a large space in the back with lots and lots of plants, flowers, bushes, and trees to choose from. It was a nice walk with small greenhouses for the plants that like shade or part sun. They have patio and yard decor that is very unique. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because the indoor area is very small. Otherwise, we really enjoyed visiting and purchasing some plants. Thank you, Puckett's!

I’ve spent loads of money here over the past 20 years as they have a good selection of plants and are convenient to my home. However, I’m really tired of the rudeness of the older male cashier. They had hanging baskets, but one, get one free for $30. I asked if I could buy one for $15, as I have no use for two. He said no in a snappy way…this after two employees in the back said they overbought the hanging baskets and would probably need to give some away for free. Well you just missed out on selling one!
I’m writing the review because there have been several times this man has been short and rude with me. Customer service is a thing of the past.

One of local nurseries with good selection of shade trees, annual and perennial plants, pots, etc. It’s quite pricey though, in general. The prices of the shades, fruit trees and maple trees are much higher than the Home Depot or Lowe’s. Some of products were not well labeled with the name and price. The staff members seemed not friendly. No smile or greetings from the staffs or the cashier/owner. I felt the customers were not welcome to visit their “property”.

Every year I want to love this place but every time I go I'm either ignored or treated rudely. They have a nice selection, but lots of things aren't marked with a price so you are on your own. Employee help is spotty at best, and that grumpy little guy at the register can ruin your day if you're not braced for it. This isn't the only "local" place I can shop, so I think I'll shift to the other guys...

The parrot at the entrance of the shop caught the finger of my 2 year old son and wouldn’t let go. As I tried to help him get his finger between the bird’s beak, the cashier (a white haired lady in pink dress) and another staff next to her just looked on. To say indifferent is an understatement. They looked on with mocking smiles on their faces as my son cried and cried. Of course they offered no help, in fact they didn’t even ask not care if we needed any help. Horrible experience!! Stay away from a shop with staffs find it funny to see a child in pain!!!!

Family owned & family schedule hours of operations. I love that I can say this. GREAT SELECTION of locally cared for plants & related. My girls have grown up choosing their floral varieties for our bee friendly front yard. Most of our returning blooms are original plants from a decade past. I do not understand the negative review posted in regards to friendliness. Go pursue your needs & inquire with questions when needed. Like any family operation .. care comes when needed. THATS what keeps it afloat. Love love love Puckett's. I wish I could type more. We are blessed to have them !!! THANK YOU PUCKETT'S !
