Managers are not cooperative, I wanted to return a jacket which I was very honest with the manager named Joey about trying it for 15 min but he refused to return it.
So disappointed from Puma

Visited this Puma store at Allen Premium Outlets (820 W Stacy Rd, Space 0342, Allen, TX 75013) on September 14th around 2–2:15 p.m. and had one of the most disappointing retail experiences ever.
Our infant burped a little and a small amount of liquid fell on the floor. My wife and I immediately and thoroughly cleaned the area — there was no spot left. Yet instead of showing even basic concern for our child or offering assistance, the store representatives were rude, dismissive, and bossy, insisting on pointing out a spot that no longer existed. Their complete lack of empathy was shocking.
What made it worse was the way we were treated compared to others in the store — it left us feeling racially discriminated against, which was deeply upsetting and unacceptable. My wife was very disheartened by the staff’s attitude, especially towards a family with an infant.
We have been loyal Puma customers for years, but after this incident, we will never return. This store is not kid-friendly, unwelcoming, and reflects very poorly on Puma as a global brand.

Niury was super attentive, charismatic, and really sweet! She helped me pick out the right shoes and clothing and made the whole shopping experience simple and enjoyable. There’s no doubt I’ll be coming back and asking for her assistance!

Solid Puma store with a great selection for both adults and kids. Decent size, well organized, and usually some good sales going on. Plenty of styles to choose from, whether you're looking for athletic gear or casual wear. Worth stopping by if you're in the outlets.

Omg so Niury. U did her big one. She was so amazing, she helped me and my mom man’s son with shoes. She helped us find sizes and she approached us greeting us and she was so nice. Nothing like great service i definitely will be coming back and asking for her. We ended up buying 4 pairs of shoes.

Staff couldn't help me. Manager was there but not willing to come out to answer my questions. There were maybe four other customers in the store. It was not a busy time. Thanks Puma!

Very disappointed in the minimal selection in shoes and clothes. I expected more as a Puma enthusiast, but was quickly let down. I normally leave with a good bit of items when I go, unfortunately, I only obtained the items. Only one of those were for myself.
