Pure Barre has become my favorite way to work out. I get just the right combination of strength training while building balance and endurance to keep going!

I popped into their 45 min class on my lunch break. It was good. The girl at the front desk was very friendly and gave me a quick tour, and the studio was pretty and clean. Instructor was fast paced and to the point. No coddling or fluff - and she led a good, fast paced class, I felt like I got a great mid-day workout in the seemingly short 45 minutes. Also the studio had good air-conditioning, which was perfect for not getting too sweaty, as when I got home, I immediately had to hop back online for meetings and didn’t have time for a shower until later in the day.

Pure Barre has been such a gift to my life—physically, emotionally, and mentally. The community is so welcoming and supportive, and the workouts have truly transformed my strength, health, and confidence. Each class gives me a much-needed outlet to focus solely on myself, letting go of the stress of the day and re-centering my mind. It’s not just exercise—it’s my time to recharge, feel empowered, and be part of something positive and uplifting.

Booked this through class pass so before I see a response from the studio my comment is VALID since I am still a customer! I have taken other Barre classes at other studios and they all have been wonderful. I wanted to try this studio because I was joining a friend and have heard great things. I arrived 2 minutes late and was denied to enter the studio. I have never had a problem with this and I'm always on time. I was stuck at the light on Watters and Bethany St so l got to the parking lot right at the time the class was started. The front desk informed me that I could take the 10am class and come back, but who wants to workout without their best friend who was in the class already (mind you she wasn't greeted at all or checked in for her first time). I work in customer service and I understand how important it is to be on time for your scheduled appointments, but l have never turned down a client for being 2 minutes late for an appointment. I do want to give this company grace and try another location, but I will NOT be back at this one.

I absolutely love Pure Barre—it’s become such an important part of my life. The workouts challenge my body in the best way, helping me build strength, tone muscles, and feel more confident physically. Beyond the physical benefits, it’s been amazing for my mental health too. That hour to focus, breathe, and push myself clears my mind like nothing else. I’ve also met some truly wonderful friends through the community, which has made the experience even more meaningful.

I love that all the trainers are truly there for you and making you love to move and be a better healthier person. I really do enjoy the app and I think it’s easy to manage my classes, cancel when needed, and add them to my calendar. There’s always new and exciting events going on at Pure barre and the variety of classes make each day a little different. The structure and choreography of the class is always different too. What’s so amazing about this workout is that although I’ve been doing it for a year and a half I still find it challenging. In a good way!

I first started going to this location in Feb of 2023. I loved it especially as a freshly postpartum mom, it’s a really great way to get back into working out while also focusing a lot on core. I canceled in September due to travel over the winter months and didn’t want to freeze and wasn’t sure when I could regularly attend again. I saw that they had a summer deal going on for 3 months and I jumped on it because I needed to get back into working out, but things have definitely changed. A lot of the old instructors have left, the timings are very spread apart, and the instructors that are there do not focus on correcting form nearly as much as the previous ones did.
I have injured myself several times over this past summer due to poor form, they used to come around and correct your form all throughout class but now it’s very rare. I’m not blaming the instructors, however there is a difference in the quality of the class because of this. I have started to see a physical therapist and I’m realizing if you’re going to take classes with weights, or where you’re moving your body fast and in repetitive motion it’s essential that your form is correct in order for you to do it effectively without injuring yourself. I enjoyed my time here over the summer, but I think it’s not what it used to be so I am happy that it’s over.

I adore this class studio! The instructors are great. I feel accepted & supported here.
They do a great job prepping you for your first class, but I always like to include a few pro-tips from my own experience.
A few tips for newbies:
• Come early! It helps you get a good spot but also makes sure you aren’t rushed & stressed before your awesome class. ?
• Don’t dry your grippy socks in the dryer; they lose their grip easily.
• Find friends! If you come a few minutes early, you can chat. If you don’t want to have small talk initially though, don’t stress. There are many a days I come in grumpy & don’t want to interact, but want to work out my stress and frustration at the barre.
• Go often; don’t be discouraged! You will get stronger, you will be challenged. It’s worth it! Don’t be afraid that your “lack” of athleticism will be judged or an obstacle you are unable to overcome.
• Bring a big bottle to enjoy their include water. It’s my favorite! ?
Enjoy! You’ll love the community aspect.

Incredibly physically and mentally challenging but achievable and addicting with the skilled instructors and community. The first and only work out I've actually looked forward to returning and committed to (4 years+). Very special studio as the owners and teachers' commitment to provide the best workout to be stronger than you think is evident the minute you walk in and walk out. Love it and have dragged multiple friends and family to try :)

Customer service in this ALLEN location is very poor. Neither friendly nor respectful for customers.

Pure Barre Allen is the workout you’re missing in your life!! It’s more than just a workout, you gain a community. I love the accountability. Everyone is so nice. It’s size inclusive and that’s a big plus. During workouts the instructors give modifications for those that are starting on their workout journey or may not be able to move as others. I’m so happy I have found Pure Barre.

I took my first class at the Allen studio a year and a half ago and was immediately hooked. I had been struggling to find a workout that I enjoyed but that also challenged me to push myself. It took me months to get through an entire class without taking breaks but now I go 5-6 times a week and I’m stronger now than I’ve been in 15 years! The instructors are amazing and I love the community.

I don't recommend this place to anyone. They were extremely rude and unprofessional. I was scheduled to attend a class at 7:00 pm, and I arrived on time. However, when I was talking to the lady at the front desk, it took me until 7:01 pm to get there. Despite being on time, they didn't let me in and counted me as a no-show. This wasn't my first class with them - I've attended classes before and they've started 5 minutes after the scheduled class time. Unfortunately, this experience was no exception
