Michelle is amazing!! I hate getting my blood drawn and she made it as easy and painless as possible. She was warm, friendly, and fast! This location is very convenient and will be where I come for all my blood draws moving forward! Do not let these negative reviews scare you, this place was great!

If I could give this place a zero I would. This is the absolute worst Quest location ever! Right along side the Quest in Tom Thumb on McDermott. The staff is extremely rude, unwilling to help, and have the absolute worst customer service ever. The staff has such a terrible attitude. They need training and alot of it!! I understand that having an appointment is the best option, but sometimes you just need to/have to walk in and be on the waiting list which is what I had to do for the very first time. I knew that it meant I would probably have to wait a little while in between patients that already had scheduled appointments. I, along with another family sat in the waiting room and waited for nearly 30 minutes and the staff did not bother to help either of us. They quickly came out and said we dont take walk in appointments. First of all why is it being offered on the check in Device? Second of all, no patient that had a scheduled appointment was being served at the time! No one was being helped for at least 25 minutes! They told us that they had paper work to do. And the entire time I could hear them having a conversarion behind the door instead of helping customers. They dragged on their conversarions in the back, ignored the walk in customers for 25 minutes, and waited back there until the person that had a scheduled appointment showed up and was called back. I will never go to this Quest or the one in Tom Thumb ever again! In fact I need to find a completely different company. I have had it with Quest!

Very unprofessional my mother went to get blood work and the African women who did her blood work hurt her, her arm has been bruised for a week and isn’t getting better. she is very unprofessional and I don’t recommend going there if you don’t want to be unprofessionally dealt with

I wouldn’t go here unless you have appointment we waited 3 hours too morning they never tried squeeze my fasting child in at all. Very unprofessional never an update a word NOTHING!!!!

I usually give bad reviews the benefit of the doubt. I shouldn't have. I walked in at 4pm and waited for 15 minutes. The lab tech came out and told me to leave and was so rude. She said they were closed. I said it says they close at 4:30. She again was so rude and said she has stuff to do-to come back. I tried to explain that I'm a teacher and couldn't come any earlier. Her manor and tone were beyond rude. I won't ever go back.

First time in my life at 76 old, was was denied service and practically thrown out ofa place. I made an appointment for Aug 14, 2:10 and I took screen shot the appointment. When I logged in to kiosk it couldn't find my appointment. I was the only there. Someone came out and let me in then preceded to tell me "for future reference please make an appointment" with an attitude but when I tried to tell her I did indeed and show my screenshot she kept on talking over me to lecture me on importance of making an appointment. This went on until I was really frustrated and that she wouldn't take me seriously enough to even glance at my screenshot. On top of that she called on someone else to continue chastising me for not making an appointment. Then I Really lost my cool and raised my voice to be heard andI was in tears. She wouldn't give me a phone number or name of her manager so I can complain and said she had a right not to serve me. I went to another one and on McDermott in Allen TX, after I explained what had happened she calmed me down and took my blood. She also gave me a number to call which I did. They said some would call me. They called once and left me a VM and said she would call back but never did, I'm still waiting. Today is Aug 25!

Worst ever medical staff. Highly insensitive and don’t understand basic English . Crib that they are short staffed after coming late for work . Why does Quest staff its locations with incompetent and stupid staff members ?

I read all the other reviews and was scared to go here, but it wasn't bad at all. Made my appointment online. My doc sent lab request straight to Quest, so I got an email to schedule my appointment. Arrived 10 minutes early as instructed, checked in with the kiosk super easy, sat down and waited maybe 10 minutes and got called back. Lady was only one there. She was super friendly, quick and painless with the whole procedure & billing. Was out of there in 5 minutes tops - when I came out, a lady in the waiting room commented how fast it was. I like this site much better than the ones in the hospitals, which are so hard to find and always over booked.

The bad reviews are absolutely correct. The lady drawing blood had a horrible attitude and rushed me a lot saying it was “time to go home” for her. After stabbing me basically with the needle she pressed as hard as she could on that same spot after drawing my blood. My arm was extremely numb and the bruise was so bad it lasted like weeks. I wish I would’ve called her higher up, as I can’t imagine how horrific this happening to a child or elderly person would be.

My wife and daughter had an appointment for my 6 yr old to do blood work for a possible allergy to nuts. She was already pretty worked up as it was, but it became exponentially worse when the employee waited until the very last minute to inform my wife they didn’t have any pediatric needles (didn’t even stock them - it wasn’t like they were just out) and wouldn’t be able to perform the blood draw. She watched my daughter become increasingly distressed for 20 minutes while she anticipated getting a “shot” when she could have let my wife know from the very beginning that they would need to go to a different location. In my opinion, this is worse than bad customer service or a lack of situational awareness… it’s downright cruel!

I made an appointment for 1:30 pm and when I was meant by staff I never received eye contact, and the woman in charge was rude, short tempered and they made me wait an extra 79 minutes past my appointment time.
