I put a one star because I had to. I went to this location in the ( Tom Thumb ) in Allen on Wednesday Morning the two lady’s that was in there were extremely rude to me. I gave them the order and they laughed and said this is not a doctors order. Which I got from my doctor that is out of state. Then they would ask me what is the doctors name and I am like it’s on the order. They asked several times the same question. Then they told me I need a NPI; I have been in the medical field and I know from going to another quest diagnostic's that they are able to look it up. So I had to call me doctor and ask them what the NPI number is I gave it to them and asked me again the doctors name. I am sitting there thinking that they don’t need to be in a position if they don’t know how to search for information the proper way. These lady’s are rude and felt like I was being treated as if I was making this all up. Plus they were taking there time with this and keep arguing with me about the order I gave them I thought this was very disrespectful on their behalf. I will never go back to this location and I have started spreading the word to never go to this location EVER. I did have an appointment for my bloodwork for a reason before work since they gave me a hard time I was late for work.

The lady that works at this location is so rude I had an appointment at 440 pm walked in to check in, someone was at the kiosk when I checked it had been 10 mins after my appointment so the lady told me my appointment was canceled and shut the door I stayed to try to ask if there was anyway she could see me or how long the turnover rate was for my results and she once again shut the door on me I've only ever used quest one other time in Plano and that staff was so nice but I see why lab corp is a bit more expensive, your paying for the kind of people you work with

Very rude person. Went in, checked-in as stand by. Was told appointment only and given lecture about 50+ people coming in today, although there was no one in the waiting room. Not coming back here.

Have been twice and they were extremely fast and did a great job with my blood draw. No issues. I did make an appointment each time online, so would recommend doing that!

ZERO Stars. I arrived at the Tom Thumb location in Allen on time for my 1 PM appointment and checked in using the mobile link. I sat in the chair and was told by the 1 person working there (An older lady working 1pm Central time on Feb 2, 2024) that she wasn't gonna do any more appts for the next hour. I told her I had a 1pm appt and offered to show my paperwork. She refused to look at it, walked away from me into another room, closed the door, called someone and began screaming so loud that I could hear her complaining about me. Honestly, it felt like I was interacting with a 4 year old child mixed with a Lunatic. I'm not an unreasonable person, and this is one of the only times I've ever written a bad review. But this lady is not right in the head and shouldn't be running this location.

Good experience today I was in and out. I had an appointment went fast and easy very pleasant lady with a soft hand her name escapes me but it was the older lady on Op# 2.

I was there a couple of minutes ago for a walk-in. The woman who was there was incredibly rude and said she isn’t going to assist me without an appointment despite the fact that there wasn’t any other person at the facility. When I told her that she didn’t have to raise her voice at me nor did she need to talk to me that way she said “okay” and not once did she apologize. As I walked out I noticed her on her phone which makes it even more frustrating. I have years of experience and upholding laboratory and phlebotomy standards in multiple different states. My experience was not only unsatisfactory, is was deplorable.

Jesse is one of the best customer service and specialist I have ever met. Friendly, authentic, helpful. I have been getting my blood work there for over 3 years. I will not go to any other place except this one.Manager: Please give her kudos.

I’m gonna get to the point. Schedule an appointment and make sure you bring a PRINTED copy of what you need done. It’s a small place and there was a lot of traffic I can understand why they can’t be fetching and printing everyones lab requests. I didn’t find any fault with the manner of the lady who helped me. She was straight forward (Which I appreciate since I have anxiety) and patient considering I have issues with getting my blood drawn. I would also go again as it’s the first place where my arm hasn’t hurt for the entire day after someone stuck a needle in it

The lady who tried to get my blood first tried to poke me 2x and the 2nd time she really hurt my veins and yet didn't get enough, I can feel her moving the needle inside. I never heard an apology ? ,throughout my medical experiences with medical people, when they have to poke me twice they say sorry because its painful. 2nd older lady in the other room has to do it the 3rd time she got it. Not going back to this loc.

The rudest and most inconsiderate 2 ladies to have ever drawn blood. I went in to get blood for a doctor's appointment. I signed in as a stand by and quietly waited. The gentleman before me was called into the room and when he said his doctor told him his info was in the system the lady told him she needs paperwork and she would have to print it. After he gave her his DL she said she "ain't printing anything" and he left. I was up next and when she saw I was a stand by, she said she doesn't do stand by...I am the only one in there for a blood draw. Then she opened the screen and told me to enter my phone number and make an appointment. I said to her that it sa iad I could do stand by. She told me she doesn't care and I had to have an appointment. No one is there. It talks 5 minutes. I called Quest and reported them and then went to another facility and they were great!!

I made appts for myself and my husband at the location I normally go to, the Quest inside Allen Walmart. When I went, they didn’t have 2 vials required for my blood test so we were sent to another location. We came to this one inside Tom Thumb. I tried to check us in but of course it wouldn’t work because it was the wrong location, so I put us down as walk-ins. I wanted to be sure it would be ok, so I asked the lady what I should do because we already had appts but couldn’t be seen. She was very short with me and said, just make an appt, we aren’t taking walk-ins right now. So I went back to try to make an appt but there was no option for that. I went to let the lady know and she got irritated with me and said, “ma’am have a seat.” Absolutely disgusting attitude. She did not want to help. I have worked in service industry, so I was trying to be as polite as possible. She was very rude and I can see why they only have 2 stars. I don’t recommend coming here and dealing with bichy attitudes.

After leaving the Quest lab on Exchange having had a horribly rude lab tech, I came straight here. The sweet woman helped me and was so nice-truly above and beyond in all she did. I also can be very difficult to draw blood from, and she was an expert! It was quick and easy and no pain highly recommend!

ZERO STARS. Went in to ask a few questions and the lady immediately shooed me out before I had the chance to explain. Made a bad day worse.
